Woah 😳 ! First impressions::: this place actually serves food they would eat 🤷
The food was carefully made as in it wasn't all messy, the broccoli was blended in the soup, the layers of the wrap were perfectly created it was very noticable.
Atmosphere is great, large seating area.
Clean, not dusty, no trash and guck on tables.
Staff was helpful and friendly.
This is a place we will definitely be coming back too. Tons of sandwich options and a whole soup table filled with different flavors

**Update. I went into this location at with 40 mins until close. All employees were rude. And not helpful. Maybe get employees that want to close. There was still a lot of time for customer service 🤷

food was amazingly delicious!!!! also I dropped my smoothie and spilled it all over and they cleaned it up so kindly. they also made me another! i am forever grateful!!!!

3 takeayws: the place is very neat and clean. Service, they have a well trained staff. The food, just excellent! I bought my crew lunch, j had the veggie wrap and tamato bisque, amazing low calorie lunch!

Great spot for a quick lunch! Was very impressed by the selection of soups, sandwiches and salads. Much more affordable than Panera and better taste. Wish I would have tried it sooner. My favs are the lobster bisque and butternut squash soup, Gorgonzola salad and the chicken bacon ranch wrap.

The sandwhiches though! Went here to get a soup and got the 1/2 sandwhich and soup. While the soup was good, the sandwhich was great. They have soup and sandwhich combos, kids meals, and salads. We all enjoyed our meals and thought the place was very neat and clean. We will absolutely be going back.

I have not tied their sandwiches, but the soups are always great.

This is one of the best places for fast food! HOT SOUP and great wraps and sandwiches! Always a great meal! ❤ the Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap and Baja Enchilada Soup!!

It took my husband getting a tooth pulled to try this place. We aren't really a soup eating family.
This place was amazing! The pub pretzel sandwich was delicious. Every soup we have tried has been fantastic. Everyone in the house has become soup fans now. We highly recommend checking this place out.

The variety of options between soup and sandwiches and salads is 2nd to none. The size of the dining area is spacious and clean. Free pickles and peppers at the end of the counter is a nice option as well. The bread used for the sandwiches is magnificent. Being able to choose 3 or 4 soup sizes, is rare but the Souper Cafe offers this variety! There is something for everyone here. I wish my hometown of Midland had a Souper Cafe, but the quality of product has always been worth the trip to Bay City for my family and I. Satisfied customer...☑

I've been eating here for years. The prices are reasonable and they are quick. I think it's bagged soup that they heat up, but it's still pretty good most of the time. Calm atmosphere, not much noise, and a few tvs that are mostly tuned to news or sports. The decor is warm, kind of Autumn colors, seems like a good place to have some warm soup. I'd recommend to the average person, but they don't seem to have any organic choices or much else by way of "special" food concerns.

Soup (cream of broccoli) was hot and delicious. Grilled Chicken sandwich was a good size and the ingredients were fresh.
Well worth my money and I would recommend them to my friends.
The staff was efficient and friendly.

Great soups and sandwiches! Needed a quick spot for lunch and the service was excellent. The safety protocols they have in place are very appreciated on my end.

Will be back to try the lobster bisque next time.

Lobster bisque was wonderfully tasty. I was born and raised in Maine so feel somewhat of a lobster 🦞 expert. The only thing missing was chunks of meaty claw.

Love the food here. Once or twice we've had issues with our order but they fix it right away. If eat here every day if I could.

I want to do a really BIG shout out to Mary, Kaylee, and Alan! I appreciate the kindness from y’all. You could’ve kept the door locked and looked past me. Instead you guys have awesome staff who open the door back up to let me place my order last minute as you guys were closing. Thank you thank you thank you it meant so much to me to have y’all standing there with open arms ready to put food in my belly. They didn’t even know I had just drove an hour and a half in the pouring rain just to come try their soup for the first time. They didn’t care they took care of me with out a question in their head. I haven’t even tried the soup yet but I already know this place don’t disappoint.

I absolutely love their food! I usually get the turkey and Swiss sandwich with a broccoli and cheese soup. Very delicious!! Would recommend to everyone!

Ive been here twice and I must say they have the best soup and sandwiches. Its a little pricey but the quality of the food is worth every penny. Will be going back very soon.

Very good soups with many choices to pick from, great tasting salads,wraps and sandwiches too. I had a buffalo chicken on flatbread and cup of potato bacon soup. Both were delicious and I would recommend to anyone!
