Colonial Flower Shoppe

This is a beautifully decorated store! The staff was super helpful in helping me order a flower arrangement, and incredibly friendly. My father in laws grave looks beautiful for Memorial Day thanks to the gorgeous arrangement they made! I will definitely going back for my flower needs!

I was truly blessed by Colonial Flower Shoppe for making me the most lovely flower arrangement ever for my mother's celebration of life luncheon. It exceeded all my expectations. I requested a white pitcher for the flowers, and they gave me one with beautiful, happy daisies on it. The bow was exactly what I asked for, and the flowers were absolutely gorgeous. I actually cried when I saw the arrangement, knowing my mother would have loved it! Thank you a million times, thank you, Colonial Flowers! I am a loyal customer for life! :)

I live in Colorado and needed to send a Remembrance Garden Plant to my cousin who lives in Lee, Illinois. (A distance from Rochelle, Illinois) I called Colonial Flower Shoppe and spoke with Samantha. Samantha was incredible and took care of everything. My cousin and her family in Lee, Illinois received on the same day as my order her Remembrance Garden Plant. I ordered a premium bouquet and my mother picked it up on a Saturday. On Sunday, when I saw it, I was not happy with the arrangement so I called the shop and left them a voicemail to let them know that I'd be by. The next day Dawn called me to make sure I was still coming by so we could discuss the arrangement. Once I got to the shop Dawn was so sweet and accommodating! She took my bouquet to the back and 10 minutes later came up front with EXACTLY what I wanted! She listened to my preferences and even assured me I wasn't acting like a Karen. The bouquet is now proudly displayed in my hotel lobby and I will definitely be back!

5 Star all the way! I have never been disappointed here. Great customer service and beautiful arrangements. They have done both my daughters weddings and always the first place that I think of for fresh flowers or decor.
