The quality of Chris' work is poor, his communication is bad, and he refuses to pay his subs. DON'T USE THIS CONTRACTOR!!!!

Update: Since the owner will respond on this format instead of returning my calls, texts, or email, maybe he could explain why he refuses to pay the subcontractors after I gave him thousands of dollars? I terminated our contract because he performed substandard work that was not to our satisfaction after I gave him a chance to correct it and now he is refusing to take the money I gave him and pay the people who actually did a good job. Can he explain how that is not the same as stealing?
