As Assistant Manager to the building, The apartment complex is and has been undergoing a lot of renovations to try and correct the bad reputation that the building has had over years. It was formally known as the Lane House and now its the Delos Apartment and hotel only because of the age of the building it has been around since 1852. It has WiFi and is cable ready if you want to get a cable box for your apartment. There is currently a laundry room for tenants and there is debate about a workout area for depending on the number of interest.

Very great, the new owner's have done alot of improvements, very clean great weekly rates and friendly family environment.
