2 experiences.

1st) I got a homeowner's insurance quote online and called to confirm the details with this agency and was told I would have to repeat all of the information I just spent the last 30 minutes entering online.

2nd) Found insurance through Country Financial that is $400 cheaper per year for home owner's insurance and $100 cheaper per month for our 2 cars. When I called to cancel was told I had to come into sign documentation. So I called Progressive directly and they cancelled my policy within 4 minutes and I didn't have to drive an hour and a half out of my way to sign documentation.

Get it together kids.

Be weary of purchasing insurance through this place. They have no problem representing shady insurance companies who don't pay out on claims. Even better when they try and spin it into being your fault that you elected an insurance company that they represent. It's sad that even in small towns like Rochelle theres still unsavory businesses like this.
