Highly recommend. Honest with customers. Lou is a "people person". Ensures your vehicle is repaired correctly. The shop cats are sweet but take care if they're not in the mood to be petted.

Always stage here for the Westville Labor Day parade. Always feel welcome n they go out of their way to make us comfortable and welcome. Very good mechanic with reasonable labor cost.

Lou is a rude disrespectful, dishonest, shade tree "mechanic" who degrades hard working customers and then only repairs what he wants. He doesn't listen to what people tell him about their own cars or the problems they are having with them... He was so disrespectful for absolutely no reason, i wouldn't recommend anyone there not even for a oil change or tire rotation... I have never been so disrespected in my life until i walked in his "shop" needing my car repaired. He takes advantage of people's trust and i definitely would give this place 0/5 stars...

Called to set up a good time to get my car towed over and got a quote but from the moment we started discussing what was going on I could tell I wouldn’t be bring my vehicle here. He is extremely rude and distasteful

i called to get a quote on front drive shaft install and the owner was rude from the start of the conversation he obviously didnt want the business i won't ever go to route one auto repair i don't recommend this business

Bad called tried to talk to someone and the only thing the guy does is laugh on the phone not the service id expect at all and I will never refer anyone there thanks for nothing
