Beltone Hearing Aid Service

It was a wonderful experience, Audiologist Jennifer was so through in explaining the whole process of testing and what it involves Laurie, the reptionist always gives a warm welcome to all who enters the door of the facility. I don't want to forget to mention the welcome video that's sent out to new patients by Jennifer. I thought that was a good idea,it makes you feel at ease and gives you an idea of what to expect when you arrive. I look forward to continuing my journey with this great team!

Everyone was very knowledgeable. Very impressed with their detailed tests and the variety of tests they conducted also taking the time to explain what they found.

Walked in needing help and not knowing what to expect or ask for … Overwhelmed with thoughts and emotions…Within a couple of hours I was relieved, extremely satisfied and taken back by the compassion and courtesy that I was given.. To say they were there to have a job is obviously an understatement, they are there to give back what is missing and lost and rebuild confidence that was gone. They made a bad situation a breeze to fix and deal with .If only the world was filled with more people like this ..Beyond appreciated for Bekki Kist and Lorri Taylor ..

Jennifer tested me in my room at assisted living which made it very convenient for me. She very thoroughly explained about the type of hearing aids that would be best for me and the price and insurance coverage. I was very impressed with the service I received.

I chose Beltone because of their 5 star rating. I got my new hearing aids today. All three ladies were fantastic to work with. I though they did a great job of explaining everything. I would recommend them highly.

Have been with Beltone many years and have been very pleased with the people and service. They take care of their customers and are very pleasant to work with. I can get cheaper hearing aids but have found no one else that does as good on service. That is why I stay with them.

Beltone is employees are professional & very knowledgeable..They fixed my problem very fast, & was going to make sure U understood what they did, how they did it, & the steps to take to keep the problem @ a minimum..

Hello, my name is Warren and I have Belltone hearing aids and I’m very pleased with them. I’ve had them for a couple years now and I travel quite a bit. I have had Sevice in several states and always received the free service everywhere I’ve needed the regular service preformed. My hearing aid home base is in danville illinois.
I was skeptical about being able to tolerate wearing aids, but I can tell you that sometimes when I’m washing my face, I’ll realize I have them and you can’t get them wet. That’s how comfortable they are.
I would recommend Belltone aids and the service.
