I had an excellent experience with Enterprise.
Adam Moody, and the other staff at the Lewiston Maine location were awsome.
They were professional, courteous, and very helpful.
Upon receipt of the vehicle it was very clean.
I would like to thank everybody at that location for such great service.

This place goes above and beyond for their customers. I had a car that developed a slow leak over the weekend, so I called them, and they told me to bring it back, and they replaced the old car with a new one, and then waved the one way fee for the inconvenience!!

Adam, from the Main Street Lewiston office, went above and beyond in trying to get us the exact vehicle we were looking for. His demeanor and customer service were the best. We couldn't have had a better customer service representative.

Very pleased with service that Adam provided at the Lewiston location as I needed to be switched into a different vehicle mid way through the rental . Adam was very accommodating and pleasant ! Auburn Maine location. I give 5 stars for customer service to Adam Moody. Very polite, Easy to work with, and pleasant experience with him and this company location, Originally called Windham location and they could not provide a vehicle for me. Auburn is top notch will definitely ! call them first!

Was very easy to reserve a vehicle and make a reservation online. I Picked up my rental with no issues. The customer service alone was 5 stars. Very friendly and efficient. Also I got my deposit back within less than 24 hours which is awesome. I will definitely be renting a car from here again in the future!!

Was having a bad day. Gearbox in my Cherokee went and I needed a rental. The gentleman at the Brunswick, Maine store (Jarrod I believe) was sympathetic and helped me get into something I could afford and would pick me up later. The pickup/dropoff feature is very important to anyone having repair work done. It's one less thing to worry about.

I have rented many cars from Enterprise in a few of their Maine locations.I have never been disappointed ! The cars have always been clean ,worked properly, and served with a smile. Customer service is superb! I look forward to renting again!

The Representatives from Enterprise were very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. It was a pleasure to work with them.

Everything was great. But the truck I rented just had a new back glass put in and they didn't clean all the glass up from under the back seat. And I got a few small cuts while cleaning my stuff out before I returned it.

I understand that you have a license to smoke weed but people that doesn't mean you can smoke weed in their cars I would never try giving someone a car that smells of it. I feel so bad for my sister and the guy that opened the door. But they gave her a different one they were very nice. Bathroom smelled nice. Wish you guys were open in skowhegan to on weekends.

I absolutely loved my experience with Enterprise they made it super easy for me while my car was getting fixed for 2 weeks! Their customer service is great, I dealt with Ryan Pratt and Ryan Cormier and I could not say one negative thing at all, a really great experience overall.

First car rental experience..... Xavier and Ryan were very helpful and friendly. Answered all my questions. The car was Awesome! Drove to Boston and back on one tank of gas, and got my deposit back Immediately! Great experience! Looking forward to my next car rental need;definitely going to Enterprise.

James was amazing! Got me in and out of there on a very hot day and it very much appreciated. My car I reserved wasn’t there as they were low on cars and James got me into another car that was even better. It was an all around great experience and his customer service was above and beyond for my needs. He would make great management one day!

Would be nice if the Lewiston office was open on Saturday at least till noon
