Harrison Powersports had the best price for a bunk style pontoon trailer, AND able to move my boat off of an older scissors style trailer onto the new trailer and made all the adjustments for a proper fit, installed bunk guides and installed a pad eye on the front of the boat to secure the winch strap. A little longer distance drive from Traverse City, but well worth it. Great customer service. Fast service. I will recommend them to anyone needing a boat trailer!

I'm a newer female snowmobile rider and Harrison Powersports has been nothing shy of exceptional! Exceptional customer service, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and truly cool people to work with. When I purchased my sled, I was told by another dealer that there wasn't a heated seat available for my sled and Emerson went above and beyond to get on the phone with Arctic Cat, do the research, find one, order it then personally call to tell me he purchased one if I wanted it because he knew how much I wanted one! I ask A LOT of questions and he is always available and never makes me feel annoying. I'm so glad we took the extra time to drive a few hours to them and purchase my snowmobile... so worth every minute! Thank you to everyone at Harrison Powersports!

I had an awesome service experience. I took a f800 in for a broken recoil rope and poor running. They found the problem was a bad fuel pump. They gave me an estimate based on replacing the fuel pump assembly ($800.00 just for the part) + labor. They were able to replace just the pump saving me almost $600.00. The total cost of parts and labor was just over 1/2 the cost of the estimate because they were able to replace just the pump. Quick friendly service!

Bought a new trailer jack here and saved at least $20. Jack is solid and heavy duty! Thanks HPSports!

Reading other reviews I'm pretty blown away. This small yet extremely knowledgeable dealership has never steered us wrong on any transaction. We live down state but have a home in gladwin, and we go out of our way to stop in and see what these guys got on sale or how they're doing. We have bought nearly half a dozen different toys from them over the years, and so has our family. If I can walk into a shop, after not being there in nearly 6 months, and the staff says "heyyyy I remember you, how's your Zforce?!".... That's HUGE to me. HUGE! They've got a customer for life.

Absolutely had a great experience here, staff was super friendly and helpful, I had just purchased a yamaha raptor 660 and just needed a air filter cleaning kit and ORV tags, but I also figured it was a good time to ask some questions about the up keep of my raptor and the laws pertaining to orv trails, they were very knowledgeable and answered every question with no hesitation, these guys are pure pros, I highly recommend and will be returning, in fact I'm heading there in just a few minutes to get a few more things I didn't realize I needed, thanks Harrison motorsports!!!!

I have an Arctic Cat Wildcat and have had some problems with it. I didn't buy it at Harrsion, but I wish I had. Living down state, I have taken it to three other dealers for maintenance and repairs. None of them had the level of professionalism or knowledge as the Harrison team. I will never go to another dealer again!
