It all started with a flyer 😆 I was looking for carpet. Didn't even know this place existed, so we drove from West Branch. When we walked in we were greeted right away, explained what we were looking for, he showed me what he had for remnants. They had the carpet that I wanted for all 3 rooms.
I still can't believe it, from a flyer I received FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE and EXPERIENCED help from the time we stepped in the door to the delivery and installation of my carpet. Thank you again Cole's, you guy's ROCK

This company is awesome. I had a problem with my new washer and dryer as they just would not operate correctly. Coles did everything they could to fix them and ultimately replaced the units when it just wasn't possible. This process was easy as they were so responsive. I have bought other appliances and TV's from them and you not only get a great price but the great service too. I highly recommend them.

I had the best experience with Coles in Lincoln. I ordered a stackable washer and dryer in July. None of the stores stocked the one I wanted. They told me 2 to 3 weeks estimate for delivery it showed up in two weeks. The following week the installers were at my place within the 2 hour block time they gave me.. They were awesome, took them 30 minutes to do everything they needed to do. You will not get service like this from big box stores. There was not even a price difference from big box store. I will not hesitate to give them a call for future purchases. Karina was the nicest and friendliest person to ever take care of me. I dont leave too many reviews but felt I should leave them a much deserved review.

We get all our furniture and appliances from Cole's. Always a good price with a friendly staff.

On 3/18/2021 Cole's had a Customer Appreciation Day. Everyone working there were very nice and helpful.
We ended up purchasing a dishwasher.
Monday it was installed.
Very nice experience overall. Highly recommend them.

Great experience, very helpful, knowledgeable staff. Bought a new refrigerator for the cabin today (Saturday) Brad squeezed us in for delivery in an already full delivery schedule. Great customer service.! Very price competitive with "down state". I will no longer purchase at home and haul up to the cabin.

I couldn’t be happier working with Cole’s Furniture! I’ve had the opportunity to work with them often for few years now. Back when my mom was alive they helped me redo her entire cabin with beautiful flooring, appliances and furniture. They took care of everything and my mom was so comfortable with the process and just loved everything. Now that she has passed I am updating a few things and Lucy has worked with me, even though I live downstate and it being winter. She has been wonderful with the scheduling and working around when I can get up there. Cole’s goes above and beyond making them the go to place for up north!!

Coles Appliance staff in Lincoln and Tawas go above and beyond for their customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of any home appliance. The delivery service men are absolutely amazing, friendly, and do such a wonderful job. So thankful to have a place like this to get all my home needs so close by.

Great customer service, bought a over the range microwave. Unbeknownst to the sales associate the item that I purchased had already been spoken for. Without any hesitation, Coles called me the day before delivery to confirm installation and explained the mixup. Without having to say a word, the gentleman said that he would deliver and install a nicer and more expensive model at no extra charge. He was true to his word as explained. I ordered a bedroom dresser with mirror. The price was better than any on line furniture store. It arrived about six weeks later which is pretty good. It was delivered and set up without a problem.

Family owned, customer is queen. They have pieces of carpet very well priced. My cats have new cat toys thanks to Miss Lucy
