I’ve been going to this parts store for quite a long time, but I’ve stopped going anywhere else lately. They have competitive pricing (even compared to the “big box” stores like O’Reilly’s and AutoZone), but you get treated like family. Additionally, they have never given me the wrong part, which saves a lot of time when fixing the car!

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Kyle. I’ve had several issues with batteries this year and getting bad batches which leaves me dead on the water. I’ve reached out to Kyle every time expecting him at one point to tell me there was nothing he could do, but that day has not come. He has walked out of the store himself and helped me install and replace batteries in my boat with a smile on his face. He’s very customer service oriented and I leave knowing I didn’t bother the company. He is knowledgeable in his craft and a excellent representative of Auto Value’s company. Thanks, Kyle!
