Costela Brazilian Steak House

I was in town recently and stopped by this restaurant as it was right next to my hotel. Service was excellent. The Caipirinha drinks were really good and the steak very well prepared. And whatever the little cheese snacks they give you before the meal are are basically like crack as you could easily eat those all day long

All in all, really good spot that I hope the locals take advantage of!

Went here with cousins, 9 of us. The food was fabulous, lots of flavor! Presentation was awesome. Everything was delicious! Staff was amazing and spot on! It was an 1 1/2 beautiful experience as it was our first time here. Many delicious dishes and also several beautiful desserts to choose from. We had a fabulous time! Well definitely be going back again. ❤

Was an excellent experience. I've read reviews complaining about slow service. This was not the case at all. A meal like this should be enjoyed and not rushed. Our server was very attentive, and the different meats came almost faster than we could ea them. I have been to Brazilian Steakhouses all over the country, and we should feel lucky to have one of this quality here in Bay City.

Costly, but absolutely delicious food and a very unique experience for me. The filet mignon was superb, as were the many other meats, but the grilled pineapple absolutely stole the show for me!

From the beginning until the end, drink, soup, main course, service, etc… all excellent.
We had the ribeye and the picanha, it was perfect! The lobster bisque soup and the traditional caipirinha was also delicious.
Strongly recommend!

I Had a Gift Card. I choose the Twin Lobster Tails,Grilled Asparagus,Large Baked Potato with Sour Cream & Butter. Real Coca Cola in Glass Bottles.. They have Cheese Potato Bites that are Awesome & Chocolate Sensation Cake with Strawberries. MY Waiter's name was Grayson. He was so nice.
The Restaurant was large enough that it was easy to Social Distance. I had a relaxing Dinner. I plan to save money & treat Myself to Thanksgiving Week Dinner There.

Food and service was PERFECT. We made a reservation for the Brazilian Full Experience, and it really is, just that. Each peice of meat that was served was spaced perfectly apart and cooked to perfection. Paired perfectly with their recommended, sweet, crisp, white wine and chocolate extreme for desert. Would 10/10 recommend.

I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I didn't like being sat so close to the door, but the food was absolutely delicious and we had awesome service! And reasonably priced with good portion for the price! Definitely going back!

Very nice restaurant and experience. Family owned and operated well natured down to earth people giving you an amazing experience with the meats. 5 star! Top notch. The service was impeccable.

We came on a day they only had a la carte menu and the entrees were delicious. Great service and great food. They had a special on the drinks for half off, which was great too! Food is definitely on the more expensive side though.

If you love great food and service look no further. I went with 3 others and we all ordered something different. Everything we tasted was fabulous. Be prepared to reach deep in your pockets it's definitely higher priced but worth every penny!

Costela Brazilian Steak House has it ALL! Very clean and spacious modern layout elegantly paired with an even better view of the water. Now the real reason for the review, EVERYTHING seriously is amazing!!! The best place to go out....and I truly am sorry to all of my favorite restaurants, but great way to tip toe into different foods. Great cold bar with endless options and multiple good soups. However the lion inside of me loves the endless fresh cooked to PERFECTION mmmmmmeats. Seriously great food, drinks, deserts...just keep going till you are contemplating a personal loan before you cash out...will be back :)

So...Thank goodness it was a FRIDAY during Lent that we decided to try this place out. It wasnt busy at all, due to all the no meat friday peeps observing Lent! This being our first visit, we didnt know what we were walking into and to our suprise, we were totally UNDER DRESSED! I thought we might get turned away, but nope, they welcomes us in and sat us down for what would be an AMAZING dinning experience! I believe we were told they server 15 types of meat for dinner and 10 for lunch. The owner and manager even came to say Hello and see how we were enjoying everything. Great Service, OUTSTANDING food....I definately recommend this place to all! And Ill dress up a bit more next time I visit! Lol...

Great food just wish you could get regular menu on Fridays or Saturdays that's most people date night the buffet good but regular menu better

I've only been here once a year ago so with Covid things are done a bit different so wanted to share. First, as you're not able go to the "salad bar", they bring a salad (after you give them your dressing choice) and charcuterie board with everything on the bar. Then order drinks and then the main course proceeds. Staff wore masks the entire time and adhered to social distancing guidelines. Everything was excellent and cooked to perfection. All choices of beef, chicken, pork and lamb. They also had Blanton's so had to have that as well. Excellent experience.

Absolutely stellar, one member of our party has a legitimately life threatening allergy, and our server this evening, Alec, listened attentively, and asked appropriate questions, demonstrating how much attention and care he was paying to us as guests.
Additionally, his recommendations kept us on track, given we had never been before.
Will definitely be returning on a Sunday in the future to have the full Costela Experience.

Had a nice dinner here one Friday night food was excellent as well as the service. Will definitely be coming back soon.

Service and food were both amazing. It was my first time being anywhere like this, so it was an experience. I'm not used to having a small portion servers at a time but there wasn't much of a wait between servings and by the time it was finished I was comfortably full. The grilled pineapple was exquisite and I'm pretty sure I could eat my weight in it. Juan did an amazing job with the entrees and was extremely polite and courteous the whole duration. I will definitely return.

The flourless chocolate torte was also epic.

Service by Rauldel and Juan excellent. The Steaks and Gaucho service very professional, meats keep coming one after the others great show. Bufett and deserts great. We reserve and all was on time. Cream Brulé delish!

So much food! So many meats! You won't leave hungry! Pricey, but worth trying.
