My friend lives there and from my experience visiting you can’t complain. Neighbors are nice. Spacious and pet friendly.

I think the new management and maintenance are wonderful. I've never had a problem and they have always tried to do the best that they can when problems occur. In my time of need when there was a death they were very sympathetic and helped me through it. The apts are are good for the right person. Thank you Heather and Brad for all of your help in my time of need and everything else.

Heather is a helpful manager she takes care of things that need to be done around the place she checks in regularly to see if everything is working OK in the apartment and she helps with all the questions I have. 10 out of 10 manager. Shes awesome!

Despite what irresponsible tenants may say, Management here has come a long way to making this a pleasant community. From the time I moved in to the time I left, improvements have been constant. The manager is fair, honest, straight forward and friendly. Thank you H!

I have a friend that lives there. The apartments look really nice. He really likes it.

Designed for older singles and couples. Apartments are small. There is a parking lot with reserved spaces, washers and dryers.

Small, security at front doors by tenants, no privacy, poor management, no maintenance aintenance
