l was extremely upset I sat here almost 20 hrs and got nowhere

They don't tell you when you become a new patient that you will only be seeing residents and not the same Dr every time. I just found a new Dr because I'm not interested in being a lab rat!

DO NOT COME HERE! THEY DO NOT READ TESTS RESULTS BUT WANT PERSCRIBE AND UP MEDS. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR FEELINGS AND LIE TO COVER UP THIER NEGLECT. IF YOU HAVE PARENTS OR CHILDRENTHAT GO HERE, PLEASE CHECK THEIR TEST RESULTS!!!! SURE THIS IS A REGULAR PRACTICE, TO EASY FOR THEM TO DO AND GET AWAY WITH!!! THE HEAD DOCTOR IS AWARE AND DOES NOTHING!!!!!!!!

This place is horrible and of zero assistance, I drove here for years from West Branch for better medical care to no avail. After a head injuruy in 2015 with ptsd and anxiety, they are incapable of prescribing basic medications. Don't be late for appointments or they will try and screw you!

Lack of communication is horrible. Can never reach the office. Have to wait any where from 12 to 24 hours for call back. Time for a new doctor!

Called for hours andif they wete open before going there and the plsce was closed. No words can explain it for me.
