The Harrison City park has a lot to offer for a small town park. Features of the park include a nature/bike trail, fitness equipment, baseball fields, four pavilions, tennis court, basketball court and horseshoe pits. There are a variety of play structures both new and old with plenty of room to run around.

Very beautiful place to park and clear your mind. Or take your kids for a fun day out. And it's even convenient with all the pavilions to throw a birthday party if you need to

My kids and I stop/ visit here often. I love the nice walkway around the park as well as the walking area located further behind the back of the park with a nice outdoor exercise at the start of the trail. The park is usually clean, mowed, and kept up nicely. There volleyball court, basketball court, large tennis courts, plenty of parking, etc.

They have a basketball court, tennis courts, playground equipment, horseshoes, baseball fields, and a paved walking/bike trail behind the baseball fields. They have bathrooms and PLENTY of trash cans too, so there’s very little litter. There are lots of places to picnic either at picnic tables, under the many pavilions, or on the grass.

Is seriously the best park around. I take my younger cousins here and they LOVE playing on the newer play sets. I used to play here when I was a little girl too! My favorite was always the wooden monster truck and wooden train that’s still there. I’ve played tennis here and have been very happy about the condition of the courts.

It’s really huge and NICE for a city park in such a rural area. The park is very active on weekends and during the summer, which is great!

A friend and I went to enjoy the peace and quiet and go for a walk. Enjoyed the day. Going back for a picnic and another walk around the park.

Wow! Beautiful park. You'd never expect this park just a mile outside of town. Lush, green rolling hills. Acres of picnic areas all covered by huge, mature trees. Tons of areas to keep the kids busy.

If you find yourself in Harrison, you should check out the City Park. There are ball fields with facilities, a play ground, and this is the only place in Northern Michigan that has the Encore Drive-in Nights events.

Harrison City Park is a beautiful park with ballfields, pavilions, tennis courts, horseshoe pits, a basketball court and playground equipment for the kids. There are picnic tables and stationary grills throughout. Great for a family gathering or just a morning walk.

Traveling through and stopped at Gaetano's for lunch to go. Asked for a park area to eat with our dogs and they recommended this park.
Very clean. Not a lot of people (quiet). Pavilions and benches very available for quiet, bug-free eating and being able to play with dogs in the shade. I will go back next time in the area.

City attempt to keep it clean. Really like the fact that they have grills by the pavilions that people can use.
