Fusion 1 Cafe

If you are a sushi lover, Fusion Cafe is exceptional! Being our first time here, we went all out. We ordered chicken skewers to start, they were delicious. Then we tried 3 different varieties of sushi to split up and they did not disappoint. They have a nice beer and drink selection too. Service was excellent and it’s a very nice clean place.

We come to Fusion very often. The service is always on point, just like the food, even when they are exceptionally busy. Tonight, we brought my daughter's bestie in, and she loves it just as much as we do! The staff was very accommodating, even adding more to our order after we finished our original order. I can't recommend Fusion 1 enough! This is the spot to go for sushi!!!

Nice atmosphere, wait staff is kind. I love the little space it's in, though I can see busy times being frustrated if you just stopped in. Very consistent sushi rolls, I had the all you can eat for 20 on Thursdays. The salad was unique and delicious. The miso soup is definitely the best I've ever had. Highly recommend.

Definitely a restaurant to enjoy. The food was excellent. The tomato basil soup was probably the best I've ever had. The Cajun beef tips were melt in your mouth delicious. Tender with just the right amount of chewyness. The service was good and friendly and the chef was outgoing and friendly. I will definitely be back and will invite my family too

We had such a great time chowing down on sushi at Fusion 1. It is a small, interesting place with incredible food. We can’t wait to go back.

Very delicious. The owner did a fabulous job of preparing and serving our sushi for us. It was my first time dining at the Fusion 1 Cafe and overall I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone. Nothing tops a scrumptious meal with impeccable service.

Just tried Fusion 1 for the first time with some friends and we all loved it! We went for the Sushi Extravaganza and it was a great deal, all you can eat sushi and salad with a bowl of miso soup. Everything was great!

Cozy, romantic upscale resteraunt tucked away by Bay City's waterfront. Famous for the all-you-can-eat sushi. Has a full menu as well. Also open for lunch, but hours of operation can discourage you. Call ahead. Reservations are definitely recommended. Food comes out slowly as their theory on meals is food should be an experience, not fast. The bananas foster is big enough to satisfy three. Well worth the wait.

The Hubby and I enjoyed a mid week (Wednesday) date night. We had salmon dinners and, of course, sushi! Delicious as always!

Super cute little sushi place! All is the food looked soooo good. My sushi was delicious, I saw a lady with a salmon dish and it looked so good too. If you're a sushi lover and are in the area def check it out.

Watching the owner go HOG WILD on a rude customer. I started hootin and hollerin, jumping up and down what a treat. The sushi is so good I would do horrible things to eat it again (but I'll just pay money for now 😏) definitely going to be recommending it to my magic the gathering buddies (they LOVE sushi)

I love this place. It took me 20 years to find it, but now that I have, I make it a point to schedule time to go there several times per year. They have two weekly events that are sooooo worthwhile - BOGO sushi take-out on Tuesdays and all-you-can-eat dine-in sushi for $19.95 on Thursday evenings. I especially enjoy shopping in the nearby businesses - such as Artigiano's Cheese Shop and Herman Hiss Jewelers. We are so lucky to be in close proximity to Bay City and I feel that, as a so-called 'local', I am obligated to take full advantage of it :)

By the way, I had weightloss surgery so what I ate was a bunch for my little tummy. Bless you all and keep up the good work. You never know a soul you will touch with kindness. Came for my daughter's birthday. Best sushi in town. Staff is great. Attentive but not too attentive.

The lady waiter added a 20 percent tip which I felt was stupid because she could of received much more but we all looked at each other and said oh well lady . Lol

Love AYCE sushi. The appetizer plate and miso soup are delicious!

I ordered takeout on Tuesday bogo rolls. Quality ingredients! Very tasty!
