Amazing food and service. Everything was top notch. Waitress was very good and timed food perfectly. I specifically went here for the escargot and it was excellent. Love the way it’s prepared. Will be a must stop every summer when I’m in town.

Always the best. The whitefish is second to none. Two fabulous long-time waitresses. Best restaurant in northern Michigan, IMHO.

Had such a great time during our visit this past July. It took me a bit to write a review. The food was delicious and the staff was very helpful with suggestions. Really enjoyed the whole experience. Can't wait to return next summer.

Great service and excellent tasting meals. Mushroom lovers, the mushroom ravioli appetizer is a must! It looked and tasted so good, we finished it and then realized we didn't take a picture of it.

My favorite restaurant in Charlevoix, they always have a great service and attention and they have the best food in town. My favorites are the escargot and mussels for appetizer, white fish or steak for main course and for dessert any of their specials are great. We will be back soon!

Had the whitefish almondine and loved it. Sides were good too. The crab cakes were meaty and not a lot of filler and was impressed. Loved the sauce too.

Absolutely delicious diner. Had the Walleye Almondine but started off with the ravioli starter . Service was first class but like many other places, looking for help.

This little gem in Charlevoix is one of the best restaurants I've had the pleasure of eating at. Been here twice and each time was excellent. Food is out of this world and service is so friendly and top notch. Will be back again and again!

Hands down one of the finest eateries you will find in the continental United States. The flavors and textures of each of Terry’s dishes are fantastic. Highly recommend the schnitzel.

Food was excellent! Service was awesome. We had stuffed whitefish with a lobster wine sauce on top. It was delicious.

There's a reason people line up at the door before open, and are we glad we showed up when we did. Even with the unexpected influx of people at open, our server and the host did an exemplary job making sure everyone was appropriately tended to. The food was amazing and even though I didn't understand what could be so great about stewed tomatoes, I'm so glad I got them as my side. Delicious. Everything was delicious. One of us got the chicken Schnitzel and I got the fish special. They were having some sort of promotion that you get a soufflé included and funnily enough we had just watched Selena Gomez make one on her cooking show. We'd never had one, but it's a newfound fav. Cost was way less than I anticipated too, so bonus!

Everything was excellent. We shared an appetizer of ravioli and that was great. I had the walleye and and it was cooked perfect as were the sides. My boyfriend had the filet mignon and that was also perfect. We both had wine which they had a nice selection of. I had cheese cake and bf had a soufflé they were both very good. The service was spot on, and friendly.

The whitefish is to die for. The stewed tomatoes were so tasty; not at all like the canned version. I would go just for the stewed tomatoes!

Haven't read all the reviews, but when you average 4.8, you know they're mostly 5 star reviews, and Terry's deserves all of them. We first stopped in there 2 years ago during the pandemic, on the advice of a friend. And she did not lead us astray. We've now been there 3 times and each time it was excellent. My wife has had the walleye almondine each time. I had perch the first time, and walleye the other two. Properly cooked and sauce was on-point. If there's anything better than the fish itself, it's probably the hash brown side. Honestly, it's awesome. And if there's anything better than the food, it's the service. We were there last night right when the doors opened at 5pm, and we had impeccable service from Candace (I think). We'll definitely try to save some room for the Key Lime Pie next time. Far and away one of the best stunning experiences I've had in quite some time

All the components were in place. Food, Service, Ambience and value could not have been better. Candice was professional engaging and knowledgeable.

We are so fortunate to have this restaurant in downtown Charlevoix. We got take-out last night - it was perfect!! Our 2 fish entrees were delicious, seasoned perfectly. I ordered the slow roasted duck - wow! Amazing with the Michigan cherry sauce - definitely coming back for more! All meals were prepared and packaged to the highest standards, super friendly staff. Love this place and will continue to visit.

Delicious, high quality food with outstanding and kind service. My husband and I had a great experience here tonight. From the wine, to the apps, to dinner, to even the bread rolls, everything was exquisitely done and delicious. Great service from our server Jill as well, she was so nice and really informative on everything. My favorite thing we ate was the Wild Mushroom Ravioli appetizer - WOW, truly one of the best things I've ever had in my life. We also had escargot which was perfect. I had the stewed tomatoes side with my whitefish dinner and it was so simple yet absolutely amazing. I would definitely return here when we come back to Charlevoix!

Terry's is a fine-dining option in Charlevoix. The menu is limited, and everything they make is delicious. Good wine options, as well. Our favorites are Whitefish Almondine and Chicken Schnitzel. Their staff is beyond compare! Make sure you get on the list early. They're open 5-9 pm. Closed on Wednesday.
