Dolphin Pool & Spa installed our in ground, indoor pool this summer. It was a large project and the Jeff, Kami and the Dolphin team were fantastic. Project was completed on time and on budget and everyone was very professional, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend Dolphin Pool & Spa for your pool / spa needs!

Jeff and his team were wonderful from start to finish. Jeff took the time to help us with not just the little design issues, but major one's, such as placement of the pool in our yard and pointed out potential side effects of each such placement we had not considered. Where to place your pool is a permanent choice obviously, and we were very pleased Jeff took the time to ensure our pool would turn out perfectly. As construction began, they were impressively on schedule....to such an extent our neighbors commented about how they showed up in force, etc. Lastly, we wanted to find a company that not only would install our pool, but also assist us in maintaining it. Dolphin Pool has enough customers in the Northern Michigan area to provide us with such service.

Purchased a hot tub from Dolphin Pool and Spa on 06/27/23 and it was delivered the next day. We were impressed with how professional and courteous they were from beginning of sale to delivery (and also answering all of our questions). They did a great job making sure not to tear up our lawn or damage our irrigation system. Definitely will use them in the future. Highly recommend!

Jeff - the owner at Dolphin was prompt and timely on all his communications , quote on a new hot tub , appointment to install a new tub on our upper lakefront deck and was a full service installation with power connection - review and owner instructions and training on usage - a great full service or turn - key service for sure . Thanks - we would highly recommend them .

When the manufacturer of our hot tub was not inclined to service or repair our hot tub, Dolphin Pool and Spa was more than happy to repair and service our hot tub to get running again for the summer season. They were thorough and very reasonably priced. We will be calling on them to winterize it at the end of the season. We are very happy with Dolphin Pool and Spa! We would recommend them to anyone who needs spa maintenance and/or repair.

Don't know why we haven't left a review before. Anyway, starting a couple of years ago Jeff and family have completely renovated our old pool, now updated our filter, and open and close the pool for summer and winter. Outstanding service from them. Good people and good work. We would like to recommend them in the highest terms.

From the moment that I contacted them, they were at my home in a timely manner, winterized my tub and did the necessary repairs.. I highly recommend Kami and her crew.

I wish I could give 🌟10 stars!🌟 They went above and beyond to get and install our new liner. It was very clear that they put their heart into their work. Professional yet very personable. Jeff has been winterizing and repairing our hot tub for years. Just bought a new hot tub from him. Does a great job. The most reliable guy you will ever find. Highly recommend him to anybody.

Dolphin Pool provides excellent customer service!! They are friendly, knowledgeable and committed to their customers. They helped me problem solve what I needed as a new pool owner, delivered my items and walked me through how to manage my pool. They have instant access to staff to assist with problem solving via their text message tech support and other tools to help new owners be successful. I didnt have the best experience purchasing my pool through another company but Dolphin Pool stepped up and helped me navigate owning and maintaining my new pool. I would highly recommend them!

Jeff was so great. He replaced the liner and fixed everything for us, and he closed our pool for the season, all at a reasonable price. He is a problem solver. Great to work with and excellent service. I recommend him to everyone and will never have another "pool guy!"

Jeff was ever so patient with us at trying to figure out which pool was going to work for us between wants and budget. He did more figuring than the law allows. When we did finally decide and it came time to have the in-ground pool installed we ran into an issue with grade that was remedied between Jeff the excavator and myself which put Jeff and his crew behind but they stayed very late working into the dark to get the hole dug to stay on target for completion by my daughters birthday party. Well he stayed true to his word and she had a great birthday party with huge smiles, Thanks to Jeff and his crew. The pool I might add turned out great and water line is level all the way around, Great Job!!! I highly recommend Jeff with Dolphin Pool and Spa.

I’ve had my pool serviced by Jeff every since he bought Dolphin Pool. He is very committed to serving his customers. Very happy with the new liner he put in this fall. He has always given advice for the better not just to make extra money. Very good and honest person to deal with.

I want to thank Jeff for his prompt response to my issues. He installed my irrigation pump at the lake last year and it worked great. This spring I hooked it up and could not get it primed so I called Jeff and he came over the next day and fixed it. I also had a problem with my hot tub and Jeff got right into it and found a bad motor capacitor but did not have one with him but came back the next day and now life is back to normal. I can sit in my hot tub and watch my lawn get sprinkled.

The service we got the first time we met them was amazing. We got an estimate the day after we met them, and from there they were timely, even when the parts we ordered took a while because of COVID. They come up to northern Michigan and not only do great work, but they also give you a breakdown of everything you need to know and they take their time doing it. We are so confident in their work. Can’t wait to work with them for years to come!

Excellent customer service. Jeff has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We have used other pool services however, they were way more expensive, and never showed up for scheduled appointments. We will definitely continue to use Dolphin Pool & Spa.

Jeff is always very knowledgeable on all areas of spa and pool maintenance and product line.We were having problems keeping our spa clean and Jeff came out with a recommended change in product as well as the start up kit, spent an hour with me explaining how to use it. my spa is now crystal clear and is far less work to keep clean. thanks Jeff mark cargill
