How did I not know this place existed? Just about 20 minutes from Lake Isabella in Blanchard, Michigan you will find one of the best restaurants and stores I've ever been in... Superb shopping, fantastic food, devilish desserts, who could ask for anything more????

Had a great time with friends meeting up for lunch at Loafers Glory. The lunch was amazing and so was the buttermilk pie! It's a nice little destination to gather and do a little shopping.

Great shop, a little pricey but it's a great place to look around. We were bummed because their little cafe was closed.

Such a fun place to shop and eat! An old fashioned Main Street inside one building on Msin Street. Country charm and goof food. Hurry or you'll have to wait til summer!

Fun, old time restaurant and store in downtown Blanchard, MI. Lots of crafts, vintage signs, antique-looking home decor items, and much more. Since they opened back up we've started a tradition of visiting every year between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Note they close just after Christmas and open again in the Spring. Their Facebook page has details.

My new favorite place to eat! Absolutely adorable inside with lots of things to look at and smells to enjoy. I think it's the cutestest restaurant I have ever been to. The seating is spacious so you have your own little piece of heaven as you sit and enjoy this space. The food was so delicious and unique. I had their Chicken Curry Salad and it was amazing. I don't usually order salads (and only did so b/c I wasn't paying attention) but this one blew me away. I would order it again and again. I can't wait to try their other menu itmes. My husband was overjoyed by their Rueben Sandwich. This family run business is filled with rich history and careful attention to detail. There are many quant shops in the area so this is worth the drive....I would drive just for a meal at this spot though. I would give this place an 11 out of 10.

Great place to visit. Had a chef salad and it was the best I've had in a long time. Yum, yum! Also several other places to visit in the little town of Blanchard. Must see to appreciate.

This place is the best. My mom took me here as a kid and even through I've moved away I always make the drive to Blanchard to visit. Combination of the smells coming from the kitchen/yankee candle shop and the creaking of the wooden floor boards this place makes you feel like you're in another time. It's the best atmosphere to relax, shop and enjoy a bread bowl of their famous chicken dumpling soup! I love Loafers Glory and want it to stay open forever. Go visit ASAP!!

Ps, don't forget to try the buttermilk pie!!!

This is a really nice place to visit. Had a Reuben sandwich and my wife had a pretzel sandwich and they were both excellent, even had a chocolate chip cookie on the plate! Worth a stop for a relaxing lunch and nice home decorations.

This is one of my favorite go to places and I enjoy the atmosphere. Everyone is extremely friendly and very helpful. Feels like you step back in time to a slower pace and simpler life. Balm for the soul and spirit.
