Bundy Hill Preserve

First ever hike with my friend, sister, and 9 kids, and it was a blast! Definitely get your workout in, but it was very doable. Kids would go every day if we could!

Nice short hike going up the hill, plenty of birds around. The occasional deer will dance by and various mushrooms grow along the trails. Lots of big rocks are laying around too.

It is one of the best nature preserves in Isabella County! Great trails with nature surrounding you the whole way through. It is also home to the highest point in the county! Beautiful in every season, but recommend visiting in the fall.

Beautiful hiking trail, small parking area.

Fantastic picturesque short loop. Start with the "History Trail" as it will give you information about the area in which you'll be walking. Not to mention its a fascinating history. Also if you travel clockwise you'll do the hill assent in the first half and be allowed an easier walk back to the parking lot.

Bundy Hills are the highest hills in Isabella County. A worthwhile stop if you are looking to use between 1-2 hours hiking. The trails were well marked and had a few benches scattered along the path.

Very nice hiking trails...just wish there were more or that they were at least longer in length. The combined loop of trails is just under a mile and a half. Well worth it, though. I saw a lot of beautiful deer...didn't mean to scare them

Nice well marked trails. Lots of hills. I liked the ridge trail. I was thinking there would be a great view at the top of the summit. But it's all trees. There was one small opening. You could see for miles. Nice view of the wind turbines.

Beautiful hike threw the woods. Even made a friend along the path.

Nice 2-mile hike to get your heart rate going. Good hills and fern grove.

Wonderful park and about the only "mountain" you'll see in Mount Pleasant.

Surprisingly rugged but not difficult hiking trail with some elevation here in flat mid michigan. Always beautiful

Some really beautiful scenic trails that are well kept. No trails include pavement which makes it all the more natural and also good for a challenge in hiking. Very clean did not see any trash or laying around. There are some maps available when you first get there which is very helpful.

My husband and I love to take our pups 🐕 here, we only live a mile from it, so very convenient to go for a nice hike!!

Nice tall trees, fresh air, challenging trails that give you a good workout.

A beautiful walk with a nice incline. Not too short, not too long. The last time I went it was in the evening and I saw a porcupine!

Hiked there the first time last week. It's really a bit of a gem in the middle of nowhere. Very inclinish(is that a word?) But we enjoyed it. Look forward to hiking there in the Fall as we suspect some of those old maples might be quite beautiful. Also saw my first standing 10 point deer...posed for us....pretty as a picture!

The highest point in Isabella Country (1,270 feet above sea level), is gorgeous anytime of the year! Wonderful hiking trails, including a history trail, provide great sights and exercise for all skill levels.

Kids loved the outdoors and very clear set path. Huge rock up at the top was very cool.
