Stopped into resturant on the way home from deer hunting. Decided to eat inside. Service was fast with excellent and hot food.

Fast, delicious, and hot! I think that’s the perfect recipe for a fast food restaurant! Haven’t been to many better McD’s!!!

Great and clean restaurant,and restrooms. The staff was friendly and very engaging. Def one the best I been to in the state

Want to give a shout-out to General Manager Brandon! Truly kind, professional, and invested in customer service. There was a mix up with my mobile order and the store was closed, so I had to report the issue through the general McDonald’s customer service contact form. Brandon reached out personally by phone to try to resolve the issue and apologize for the inconvenience. You can tell he values the customers he serves and wants to make it right when things go wrong. I think it’s important to call out good customer service when it happens, especially since most people tend to only write reviews about negative experiences. Thank you, Brandon! I’ll continue to support this location because I know there are good managers doing their best to provide quality service.

I'm giving 5 starts because it seems like the staff works for it. I typically go inside to place my order because I use the app, and like to verify it myself. Although it's typically a 10 minute wait time, I use that time to observe. There are open lines of communication between staff, and watching them take on a new hire when they're neck deep in the drive-thru is an example of patience and enthusiasm. You're definitely understaffed, but also noticed the welcoming hiring platform. The only feedback I have to offer is bridging that gap, to create an environment that fosters effective services. I enjoy and empathize with your staff, and enjoy doing business here.

Very fast, I was amazed.
I did the drive thru thus my rating for atmosphere is inaccurate. I didn't want to give it a negative mark because all the Fox Valley McDonald's have always been clean & pleasant for many years.

Since we were traveling and couldn't find any places open, our McDonald's Thanksgiving dinner tasted great! Thanks for being open!

We've always had good luck at this location. The employees are nice, it's quick and the order is almost always correct. We've been stopping to get the kids happy meals & milkshakes here every other week or so since Covid started... It's something exciting for them, since not much else is happening these days. Thanks guys for helping make our kid's days a little brighter!

Shout out to the manager on duty tonight , really went above and beyond. My husband and I had a miscommunication and I thought he had gone to the koeller street location for and for our daughter's happy meal which happened to be missing the a cheeseburger. I wasnt mad by any means and the koeller st location in less than 4 min from my house, no biggy, everyone makes mistakes. Turns out as I'm driving there my husband calls and tells me that it was actually the location on 21 but I had already called and talked to the manager on Koeller st so I came in and asked for the manager i spoke to and I told him the situation because I didn't want his team being blamed for what happened and he was still willing to replace the cheeseburger that was missing in the happy meal And offered to give fresh French fries on top of that all which I respectfully declined because I was just grateful that he was willing to save me a trip across town to correct our order. Thank you so much!

I just wanted to share the experience that I had at this location this evening. I had ordered a hamburger for my dog and the young lady that took the payment noticed I had a dog and asked me if I would like it plain. I thanked her for the suggestion. When I pulled up to receive my order, the young gentleman asked about my dog and was very courteous. I think that good behavior should be rewarded!! Thank you for restoring my faith in our youth!!

This is a busy McDonald's so prepare to wait during peak times but the staff are working hard. My meal was correctly prepared and served hot.

Haven always make my day when I come here. She is so cheerful and kind especially for so early! She is fast and so nice and happily gets me everything I need. She is the perfect example of customer service!

Not so much about our service (it was great, though) but about the handling of a disgruntled patron.

This woman was being an amazing arse and making a bit of a scene. The assistant manager, Carrie, was awesome! She handled it with grace. The other staff was good, too.

Just thought I'd give her a public compliment because she REALLY deserves it!

Mickey has done well with their building remodel, as well using electronics in advertising, remote ordering and such, but the food and service have always been a good constant. You know the food will taste good. If you haven't been there in a while, go and catch up on some memories.

Only go for Carmel frappes. Jackson st has alit of problems with their machine. I would recommend going to other two locations. Their Carmel Frappes are excellent!!🙂

They are the real MVPs. I drove here after the Jackson Street McDonald's did not have a working ice cream machine. Made mine & my dogs night to get some soft serve vanilla ice cream. Thanks again. ❤

This place is a great!! The staff is SO SO helpful and nice! Frances was especially helpful!!! It was very busy when I stopped in but everyone was really working together as a team and they even apologized for it being busy (even though they have no control over it). Keep up the good work!

Using the app makes ordering a breeze with the customization, not needing to yell into a speaker and people asking what only to screw up the order. You can also pay through the app so you can pull in without having to pull out your wallet and if you check in they'll bring your food right out to you, no need to walk through the freezing temperatures outside or wait in the drive through. Plus who doesn't love free food and coupons through the McDonald's app.

Long line at the drive-thru but they moved us along as quickly as they could. Food is always good and the best Diet Coke of any fast food restaurant.
