Harbor Freight Tools

Store was well laid out and folks were friendly and helpful. Lots of tools and misc here. Prices were quite good.
Generally speaking, the products carried there are of good quality at a reasonable price point. If there is something you need for a project and don't want to invest in the top tier of gear, this is a great place to meet your needs and save a buck at the same time.

I have become a huge fan of harbor freight. Their tools are very affordable and they’re starting to pop up everywhere.

I love this place. Everything is always in sale. The sales associate are very knowledgeable about their products. Even if you buy something that's dirt cheap and it breaks it malfunctions, you can always bring it back. If something is not on sale, their website always has good coupons!

It’s your typical harbor freight with great customer service.

This one is slightly smaller than my normal store but it seems to have everything, just packed a little closer together it seems. The staff here were very courteous and nice despite the fact that I went in 10 mins to close..,

Never a bad time at Harbor Freight. Helpful and knowledgeable staff, as we’ve come to expect. Their warranty on tools and such is hard to beat. They’ve improved their stock a lot since they first came around. Some good quality “non mainstream brand” tools. Was helped by a guy named Chris, nice guy!

This store has excellent customer service. They are very clear about warranties and extended service plans. Thier helpfulness and customer first mindset makes it a great location.

They were very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. They have great sales. Reviews say their flags are of good quality, bought one to try. Fingers crossed last for a while. Their batteries are great for trail cams.

Found all that I was looking for at a good price. Store personal were very helpful is assisting me during my purchases for I am handicapped and in a wheelchair. Merchandise such as power tools have improved in recent years. They offer a pretty good selection of power tools from home owner quality, to contractor quality. Good place to shop if you want to save money.

Employees were very helpful, especially Mr. Sullivan.

Staff was super helpful. They let me browse but when I was obviously hunting for something specific (a tape measure), they recognized my need for help and jumped in to offer assistance. Store was clean and shelves were well stocked. Overall a great trip to Harbor Freight.

I bought the atlas 80 volt lawnmower self propelled.. after I got home from the store I fully charged the battery.. and I have a 20 min. Lawn cutting more or less.. when you check the battery level thoughs 4 dots you see.. each dot equals about 20min. for me I got 4 cuts to one battery charge.. and we're it moves so easy I didn't have to engage the self propelled mode barely at all.. very happy with the mower. Best price for that size mower.

Had to upgrade to a 5 star. Harbor Freight is what it is. They have a ton of tools for a lot less than you'll pay just about anywhere else. Same as anywhere, one has to decide what's worth your dollar or not.
The 5 star is for the staff there, specifically Dianne who went completely out of her way to look up items for me. She answered all my questions, wrote down the item numbers and the phone number so I'll know when it's available again. Outstanding job. Thank you.

Great for cheaper tools. Some don't last but some are really great. Got a flooring nailer for $120 instead of renting from another store for $75/day. Have used it on 4 different projects and it's still working.

On the downside the tools are cheap...but on the upside...they are cheap! Honestly, if you're the type of person who needs certain tools once in while they sell stuff that will suffice at a very affordable price. It's hard to screw up a mallet or a hammer right? And they don't l. The staff at the location I've been at in Oshkosh were helpful every time I've been there.
