The owner of this business really cares about his business. I ordered flowers for my wife on Valentine's Day, there was a slight mix-up with my order, and she did not receive her flowers right away. The owner was very quick to help resolve the issue. I would highly recommend this business, as the owner truly does care about his customers.

They are so friendly and helpful! Once I needed a large bag of putting soil to repot my indoor plants, in early fall, and they sold me their private large bag because no one else in town had any. Then I needed a large ivy so they ordered one for me. Another time, I ordered a baby shower arrangement and just before I got to my car the wind came along and took my balloon with it, they just replaced it free of charge.

Im not sure why the negative reviews, I have ordered from here on multiple occasions. The flowers have Always been Beautiful and reasonably priced. Thank you for always delivering Beautiful flowers to my mom!!

My parents live in Wautoma, I live in Illinois. I called and told them what I was looking for and they made a beautiful arrangement of daisies for my Moms birthday. Very friendly staff...I appreciated the help bridging the distance and putting a smile on her face!

Lovely bouquet was made by these friendly people for a dear friend. When I need a classic unique arrangement this is my go to place.

The owners are so helpful and interested in getting you what you want. Feels like family.

These are the easiest people to deal with in terms of getting what you want in a floral bouquet. Reasonable prices excellent customer service and gorgeous selection.

I was disappointed in the $80 floral arrangement Floral Expressions did for my uncle’s funeral. See attached picture. Looked even more sparse in person. Will not use them again.

Zero Stars is what I would give this florist. We ordered flowers for my grandmothers funeral and I cannot even begin to describe the level of disappointment and embarrassment that I felt upon arriving at the funeral home on 12/23/19. The arrangement was tiny, lacked greenery and roses that were pictured, described and promised and had several silk flowers inserted rather than real. We paid nearly $200 for an arrangement that honestly should have been carried into the store and returned for full refund or a refund of about $125 or so.

This florist may do well for some occasions but stay away for funeral arrangements. I feel that they think dead flowers or nearly dead are okay since they are only needed for a short time. We were given two arrangements from here in memory of my mom which I would have been very upset if I had purchased for a grandmother or friend. At her visitation a plant arrangement that had roses added were all wilted and nearly dead hanging over the side of the container. Awful!!!! I felt so bad for the family who had sent them to honor my mom. The other arrangement had artificial flowers which were probably the best addition since they didn't die and start falling out of the arrangement before the funeral was over. All I can say is buyer beware.

Utter embarrassment upon arrival at the funeral home on 12/23/19. Overpriced and didn't come remotely close to matching the representative photo. Upon contacting via phone to explain and try to come to an agreement, got nothing but arguing and meager attempt at justification. The casket spray cost less than our online arrangement which was very similar to a "get well soon" arrangement I would expect to send to a sick friend. Disappointing, embarrassing and now frustrated.

The arrangement that the recipient received is not the one I payed for. In fact see for yourself it is completely different from the one I asked for. I understand that my order was placed the same day it got delivered but to be fair When i called this location a lady picked up and confirmed with me that the flowers that she needed for my arrangement were in stock.

Delivery service sucks family was called before 10 am to say we were getting a delivery and they finally showed up after 4 pm Took them 6 hrs to go 8 miles. With them calling us 3 times.

Find a real floral shop, don't waste your time and money here. When people say you get what you pay for, they are NOT talking about this place! Very disappointing to say the least.

Worst delivery services. Who wants to get flower when the day is almost over on Valentine’s Day? I don’t recommend
