So far and I've been a customer for over 10 years, I have no issues with Kyle and his staff. I have home, boat, cars and other toys insured with Kyle and American Family. I appreciated when we do are policy reviews and Kyle had pointed out where I was underinsured and where I was doubled up. After the review I ended up saving money, and fully knowledgeable if what and how I was covered. After all we all get the amendments mailed to us but who really reads and understands everything in them. This agency has my recommendation.

I had the opportunity to work with Kyle Lange to get switched over and setup on AM Fam after buying our first house. He was very knowledgeable and patient putting up with all my questions which some got reasonably technical with me using probably all the wrong terms and did a great job translating the details of how everything works. I felt like I was given honest advice and had one or two meetings to get everything setup and a few additions and changes that were made a bit later.

Fortunately I have not yet had a case to require using any of the insurance so to speak so I have no comments there.

I also need to mention that American Family provided better coverage at considerably lower cost than State Farm, who I had been with for more than 50 years.
