Matthews Tire

The folks at MT in Menasha continue to be friendly, timely, and fair-priced on their service of my vehicles. Took my van in for an oil change and tire rotation at 8am. Knew there were some brake issues in the back and a steering issue in the front. They got me a quote and a loaner car, I was able to go about my day, and had the car back by 2pm. They’ll take great care of you and your vehicle!

I had a tire that was going flat and stopped at Matthew’s at about 4:30 pm just before closing. They weren’t able to check it but assured me that they would get to it in the morning. I had my wife pick me up. They said if it couldn’t be repaired they would call me, either way. When they called, they said it was ready to be picked up. They didn’t try to sell me any tires and have always been honest and straight forward. I have had other tires repaired and tires purchased in the past. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great communication! Let us know ahead of time that a lug nut stud might break and require repair. We appreciated the heads up. Girls at the front desk are very friendly and helpful!

They did a great job of not pressuring me to buy more than I needed, they got the tire quickly and the fit me in more quickly than other tire shops that I called. All around, they just did everything I think they could to get me back on the road as quickly as possible.

My tire buying experience at Matthew's Tire in Menasha was excellent. Maloree was knowledgeable and very patient working with me as I was deciding which tire model I wanted to purchase. I was from out of town and was hoping I didn't need to come back at a later date for installation. They fit me in that day and even let me use a loaner car so we could attend a family gathering. Fast and easy for me. The shuttle driver was very nice and prompt. The work was done well and I had the car back before the promised time. Staff was professional, but also warm and welcoming.

My husband and I have gone to Matthews Tire since we moved here 12 years ago. They truly are the best! We have a truck and an SUV. Not only is their staff friendly, they go above and beyond to make sure everything is done well. We appreciate them and trust them to be honest and expert and honest.

All staffers I encountered were very friendly and helpful. They all look you in the eye and seem genuinely concerned with my needs. Shawn (Sean?) the manager was very, very impressive. He remembers my name each time, even when I am not scheduled to be there.

Short notice 4 brake replacement that they didn't have the parts in house for and I still got my car back the same day!

I was looking for a trusted place that was convenient for me to bring my truck in for an oil change! After driving past Matthews tire for a few years I looked online and found that they do oil changes! I stopped by to see their availability and they were able to fit me right in!
Very friendly and helpful! They brought to my attention filthy cabin filter and air filter and gave me the option of replacing! I definitely wanted new filters! Happy that they were able to do that too! Positive experience overall! I have found my oil change place and will definitely consider using them when my truck needs new tires!

Work completed in a timely manner. I was kept infomed re: what caused check engine light and what was needed to fix it. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

I made an appointment with a different Mathews Tire on accident and showed up to this location. They took me in and made it work. Even called the other place and told them would be doing it. Highly recommend this place. Super friendly and helpful. Thanks guys.

Update***

Brought my 76' corvette back there for brakes and the team scored big again. FYI Travis needs a raise. He kept me updated as they looked for hard to find parts and even stored my not so water tight car in the bay during rain storms. They had it for 3 weeks (which was communicated and expected) and insisted to get it right when they could find the parts. My car stops now and even runs better bc of the love it was given. THIS PLACE IS A TOP SHOP IN THE VALLEY NO QUESTIONS!!!! Thanks again!!!
