Americas Best Value Inn Zumbrota

After a tragic house fire and sudden loss of my mother in the fire I stayed here for a few days. They welcomed us with open arms. The rooms are nice and clean with a modern feel to them. The owner and staff are amazing.

I agree with Martie's review. Not much to look at from the outside, but the service and rooms were very nice. Also, I wasn't expecting much from a cold breakfast, but they had toaster waffles, bagels, cereal, fruit, yogurt, pasteries, juice and coffee.

The room was nice, clean and big! I was quite surprised. The customer service is a bit lacking friendliness.

Normally I wouldn't stay at a hotel with reviews like the ones for this hotel. But when you're being forced from one jobsite to another, you have no choice.
That being said, our stay has been great. Unlike the other reviewers statements, I have yet to come across a problem with this hotel. The manager was amazingly helpful and didn't make a fuss when our group checked in well past midnight.
The room was way more spacious than other ABVI's I have stayed in, for a lower price. Floor was spotless, everything was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The room itself is in great condition, and there was nothing to make me feel ill at ease. I would definitely recommend that people take the other reviews not at face value and check the hotel out for themselves.

Our stay at Americas Best Value Motel in Zumbrota, MN, exceeded our expectations. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. They even put a small refrigerator in our room, and put our beverages in it so they were cold when we returned from a concert. The beds were clean and comfortable. There was on and off sale liquor and a nice restaurant (with excellent food) right next door. The television was a little small, and the reception was fair, but we didn't watch much tv. I would recommend this motel. Affordable and convenient.

Look, you get what you pay for. This hotel is basically average, but extremely good for the price. In-room coffee, refrigerator, microwave, a few choices for breakfast, and clean. Plus, the staff is friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again!

Arrived very late. The awesome firm bed felt super. Quality mattress and pillows. Very clean room and comfortable.

This was a clean affordable motel located in an area I was visiting for 3 days. The manager was friendly and the continental breakfast was all I needed. It was a secure building with many cameras.

Came in late, owner was very friendly and helpful, I even had an extra bed for my younger kid on the room waiting and I didn't even have to ask, breakfast is basic but it's still free breakfast 😃, do no complaints there either, so far it's a great stay for not a lot of money

very clean room and staff freindly.location is right on hwy 52 which is very convinient and next door restaurant &bar where food was good.we will stay at this hotel again

They have clean rooms. Also the staff was amazing and very welcoming.
