I was visiting the area from Denver colorado. I started having tooth pain a couple days after I arrived and one day woke up and it was unbearable. I walked in to the office to see if they had any openings because I was in the area. The staff and dentist were extremely accommodating. They gave me paperwork to fill out and when that was done they got me right in. Everyone in the office was extremely friendly and made me feel at ease. I ended up needing a root canal which was done quickly and efficiently. I had no pain during the procedure and no pain after. I am extremely grateful for their care and cannot thank them enough! They saved the rest of my vacation for me!

I was up here for a week when my crown came off. Dr Miller got me in immediately, found decay under the crown, fixed it and replaced the crown. His office found my insurance on line and will submit it and bill me after insurance pays. Thank you for the great customer service

I went for a cleaning about a year and a half ago. I had nothing but a pleasant experience and they let me know anything more that needed to be done and answered all my questions to my satisfaction.

Called to schedule an appointment for a cleaning for my teeth. I told them I am willing to pay out of pocket for it, cash, but apparently I made the mistake of telling them I was insured by Mnsure.

Even when I was not involving my insurance at all, and was choosing to pay out of pocket for a simple procedure, they still chose to deny me service. I had the same issue with other offices in the area until I found a different dentist that will actually service me, and showed me a basic slip I had to sign stating I was paying, myself, for the procedure.

The reason I was paying for a procedure myself is all referrals I was given for dentists near me DIDN'T COVER CLEANING, and they tried to charge me $1,200 for the procedure; Private Practice dentists charge <$400 for that procedure. It is cheaper to NOT use Minnesota insurance, and some companies are not willing, for some apparently unexplainable reason, to service insured people who want to not utilize their insurance, but pay them themselves.

As a warning to people on MNsure when calling private practice dentists: Do not tell them you have insurance.
