Joe Kennedy was great to work with and made us feel comfortable right from the start. I went in with a few ideas of vehicles I wanted to look at, but no definite thoughts on exactly what I wanted. Joe listened to me and helped me explore all the options between finance or lease and helped find me a great vehicle. I thought I'd just start my car shopping venture but came home with one today. Joe was patient and put the effort in and I appreciate it! Casey in the business office was also great and easy to work with. It was an excellent experience, even though a long day! I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new car from Jeff Belzer’s and the experience exceeded every expectation. Having never been to Belzer’s before the atmosphere was immediately welcoming, the staff were friendly and WOW at their service Lounge.

The selection of vehicles at Jeff Belzer’s is impressive, a quick online search confirmed they had the two makes, models and options I was between. Both were new ford explorers, As I had already spent extensive time at other dealerships narrowing it down to these two vehicles.

I arrived mid-morning without an appointment and had only spoke with Tyler for a moment days earlier to confirm availability of one of the vehicles. What truly set this dealership apart was the exceptional service provided by Tyler. His approach was refreshingly free of pressure, allowing me to make decisions at my own pace. After a quick test drive of each one, Tyler encouraged me to park them side by side, allowing me to confidently make a selection.

Belzer’s has a giant selection of aftermarket options, warranties and accessories. Along with the knowledgeable staff to explain them all. Due to lack of another driver I wasn’t able to drive my new car home the same day. Belzer’s promptly ordered the selected aftermarket items and coordinated install before I arrived, to take delivery. 🎉👏

It was by far the best experience I’ve had looking up car options and buying a vehicle I’ve ever had and I work at another dealership so that’s saying something. Joe worked with me and made sure I got everything I wanted at the price I wanted it at and even bought me a soda (Unfortunately they didn’t have beer 😂) anyways it was a great experience and he even stayed over an hour after they closed while I was with finance to ask if there’s any other questions I had and I was leaving happy. I left happy and would buy another vehicle here again thanks Joe Kennedy!

We enjoyed the total experience of buying our car from Jeff Belzer Ford, from the initial contact to driving off the lot. The staff was friendly, and accommodating. Not a hint of pressure.

Fall of 2020 I placed a reservation in with Ford for the New Bronco. After multiple delays due to Covid and other supply line issues, I finally took delivery Summer of 2022 (644 days later).

Nate took over the ordering process on behalf of New Prague Belzer Ford just after it was converted to an order last year. He was very helpful and answered questions regarding the vehicle on days, nights and weekends. Other than the manufacturing delays, it was a great buying experience.

I also recommend the 2 Door Bronco 10/10. Took it out to St. Croix State Park the day after delivery.
