Having my car fixed I have always found to be stressful, however at Northtown they were informative, respectful and knowledgeable. They took my car immediately and it wasn't a long wait for parts or to get fixed. Their prices were competitive and fair. I will never take my car anywhere else. The car is running as good if not better than when it was brand new.

Great service, they got me in right away and even answered their phone! They just got a new customer. Or likely several. My company has several fleet vehicles and I am passing along what a great and professional experience I had. In a market where bad service has become the norm, it was refreshing to see a company that treated me the way I wanted to be treated.

Northtown made the entire car buying process very easy and convenient. They had a great selection of the hybrid style car I was looking for and I felt good knowing I got the one I wanted. From looking, to trade in, to final paperwork, it was easy, helpful, and professional.

The electric problem with my Rav4 was confusing and worrisome but I was given an almost immediate appointment and found the staff at Northtown more than helpful. Their knowledge allowed them to zero in on the problem. Once fixed they also took care to
insure it would not reoccur. Everyone, from the greeter at the door to the staff at the checkout desk did their best to put me at ease.
I'm sure the service was top notch and will not hesitate to return
in the future. When I decide on a new vehicle Northtown will be the first place I visit.

Zach (finance) and Mark were great to work with and made the entire process very easy. I never felt pressured or pushed in any direction and was able to drive away in my new Highlander Hybrid, which we are loving. I will definitely be looking at Northtown again for my next car purchase. I also flew in from out of state just to make this purchase!

Excellent service. Had a particular issue with my lease and over mileage. Adam worked with me over almost a year to help assess when it would be a good idea to turn in lease and buy. I would go to Northtown, and in particular to see Adam Alt, for any future buying/leasing consultation.

I have leased my last few Rav4's from Northtown and have always been completely satisfied with the vehicles and service. Customers are always treated with courtesy, friendliness and professionalism. I highly recommend Northtown!

Friendly & helpful staff and I’m always thankful for their evening and weekend hours. I pulled into the service department without an appointment because my vehicle began making an unsettling noise. A service department employee (Eric) determined my vehicle was safe to drive so I was able to continue with my work day and drop it off the next day at my convenience. No one likes to pay for car repairs, however my final invoice was within my quoted estimate and my vehicle was ready earlier than requested. Overall a very pleasant experience for an unexpected repair.

Just moved to NY and had to get service done. They were super friendly, showed me where the waiting room was (which is pretty awesome), went over everything with me. Will be coming back for the next service when due and will recommend!!

If you need a car Will Z is your person. I think this is the 5th car I have purchased with his help and guidance. He goes over and above to help me find exactly what I want. I have sent many people to him who have also been incredibly happy.

We were visiting from out of country and we had a major issue with our car. We had it towed to Northtown. They immediately recognized how stressed we were and worked diligently to fix our car quickly.

Attentive and punctual...I have an older RAV4 that I want to give to my daughter before I get a new one, and I wanted everything to be in great shape. Having your car safe and driving like new is worth opening your wallet for. Turnaround time was amazing...2 days for a lot of things getting done. I have been a Northtown customer since my first Toyota in 1997 and you can't go wrong!

Jack Reilly was an amazing salesman that found me an amazing deal on a certified used Prius! I got to test drive it and then think about it over night and I never thought this was gonna be the car but it has everything I truly wanted and Jack took the effort to make that happen for me! Initial service on new car — service staff pleasant, professional, and prompt. Bonus feature was a sense of humor! But regrettably, a sharp contrast with my purchase experience a year ago.

I brought my 2023 Tacoma in for its 10,000 mile service and everything went perfectly. It was a simple service, but the Northtown people were extremely nice and they even washed my truck too. I’m very happy with how it went.
