M&D-R-Nuts

My grandfather and I come here every year on Christmas Eve for at least the past 15 years. This past year we were running a little late and came just after closing. The owner opened up for us to make sure we got our annual treats! Amazing locally owned shop that I would recommend to anyone.

This store is like stepping back in time. It's in a tiny space and the employees rush around trying to help during the flood of holiday orders. Delicious fresh-roasted nuts of all kinds and you can watch them work as you wait in line. The cashews are apparently the start of the show but I also really liked their pecans.

Super delicious and fresh chocolate covered nuts (I bought the dark almonds and pecans) - staff was super friendly and the place is adorable inside, highly recommend!

For those who love nostalgia, this store opened in 1906. They even have an original roaster and yes they use it daily! The store has gone through many owners, yet, the nuts are as fresh and delicious as ever! Had 2 lbs of cashews mailed to my mother for Mother's Day and I picked up a couple of lbs when I came through for daughter's graduation.

My Mom worked here during High School (North) in the early 40s. Love this place. Lots of great memories. I can still smell what it was like, even when you were about half block away. Roasting peanuts, cotton candy, popcorn, chocolate, taffy and lots of sugar.

Love visiting this place when I'm in Binghamton! It's like taking a step back in time! Cute place, friendly people working whenever I've stopped. A large variety of nuts, chocolates, and other candies in bulk. Chocolate covered cashews are the best!!

This place is Awesome! I've been buying the best since 🤔 1976ish. "Little Jewel"in Downtown Binghamton! I shop here at least1or2 times a month. I'm the MACADAMIA & bridge mix guy!!$10.00 of each.👍
