All around good experience, I would definitely recommend home PLUS and will go back for my furniture needs. Joel was an excellent salesman, very knowledgeable and friendly. Leo and Tony were an outstanding delivery team. They were professional and friendly even though mine was likely the most difficult delivery they had all day.

We have bought a couple of pieces of furniture from this store. The quality is good and the sectional is holding up great. We just purchased a recliner. Matt Donaldson was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with, while making a decision. The delivery guys, Tony & Leo were great. I had the same guys last time, very nice and professional

Joel Husch was fantastic and helped us select the perfect bed, power frame, and mattress for our needs. The deep discounts didn't hurt either. I am so happy with this purchase, I know I will be back for future purchases. Update: Just had the bed delivered by Paul P and Chance. They did an amazing job getting it in and set up. Our first time buying from Home Plus and what a great experience it was. The prices are good but get even better after they apply all the discounts and free delivery. Matt Donaldson did a great job . He was very attentive even though he had many other customers at the same time. He kept running back and forth to each customer making sure they didn’t feel ignored or forgotten. He was professional, friendly and had a great sense of humor as did Wendy who finalized our order. Wonderful experience shopping at Home Plus, from the minute we walked in the door. Matt was so helpful with information to help us decide on our sofa and new bedding, and gave us breathing room with no pressure, which for me is a definite win. The deal we got on the items we purchased was great, multiple discounts as well as honoring a warranty on our old mattress purchased several years ago from HP which I had totally forgotten about! Delivery was totally painless (at least for us...). Paul P. and Leo were awesome and didn't bat an eye at the horrendously heavy old sleeper sofa they hauled away. I love this place! I’m so happy with my new furniture, and Chance & Paul P. Were fantastic with delivery. Made sure it was where I wanted it placed, watched out for my house cats to make sure they didn’t get out. And made sure everything worked. I’ll definitely be back in the future.

I was notified by the office when to expect delivery and called by the delivery team on the day of delivery when they were on their way. Total satisfaction!

Another great experience with HomePLUS! Thank you to Jeremy for the great service in choosing my new reclining love seat and TV/Fireplace stand. My items were delivered today and the delivery guys, Tony and Chase were great!! They had everything set up and working in no time! I would request them for any future deliveries!

I went looking for a queen size pillow top mattress and already had a price in mind. Jeremy Nazario took a lot of time walking me through my options and explained all the pros and cons with every one. I was even advised on my purchase based on being a bartender and being on my feet for 12 hour days. I received a mattress protector, extremely nice sheets and the comfiest pillows on top of the mattress and the adjustable bed frame I ended up picking. I can honestly say that it was the most positive shopping experience I've ever had because of Jeremy. Paul P. And Chase took care of delivery and setup and they made it an absolute breeze. They let me know the best option for setup based on the headboard/frame I had pre-purchased elsewhere. All around awesome people and an awesome experience. I will be back to furnish the rest of my new house!!!

Assisted from the moment we walked in and educated us on multiple different couches and lovseats as well as warranty options and financing options. Would highly recommend his services!

Sales Reps listen carefully and respond promptly. Recognized my needs and showed me a specific piece of furniture to meet those needs, No marketing. Delivery was remarkably prompt and John as well as Tony had my piece in the house and positioned quickly, politely and professionally.
I am older and tend to be cynical, but this was easily a Five Star sales and service experience if not higher.

This store is extremely personable. I called right before they closed inquiring about having a power recliner delivered to my father for his recovery from an upcoming surgery. Matt helped me and was very friendly, took the time to walk me through the options they have in stock for quick delivery and stayed on the phone with me after the store had closed to help me out. Our salesman, Matt was extraordinary, and was helpful in our search for a new sectional couch. He answered any and all questions we had.
