I had an excellent experience with 21st Century from start to finish. Mark took his time to explain the features and benefits of the hot tubs that were in stock, and was very patient and thorough as he answered all of my questions. Ultimately I chose 21st Century due to his industry knowledge. The delivery team consisting of Dan, Rob, and Eric were wonderful and made sure to thoroughly inspect the hot tub after getting it in place and ensure I didn’t have any further questions. All around I had a very positive experience and cannot wait to start enjoying my new hot tub.

Both employees I have worked with, one, a younger guy, and the other a woman were very helpful in trying to find the correct filter for my hot tub. They were also great at running a water test and getting me exactly what I needed to correct my initial issues. I highly recommend them for their service to the customer.

Had liner replacement completed. It did take a bit of time as it was the beginning of the season. However, we were given a realistic estimate on time frame. Eric was helpful and professional. Not a pushy salesman. Rich and Nate did an awesome job with the installation of the liner.

From Salesperson Mark Frederick, CPO working with us on each detail to Eric Lipski, Operations Manager following up with us on orientation of pool mechanicals, 21st Century Pools & Spas takes a Soup-To-Nuts approach to pool construction. Eric's associate Cheyenne was also quite helpful on a myriad of post-orientation questions.

The Crew Leader, Darren Antalek, was a cut above the rest. His eye before, during and post-construction was a wonder to witness! He could literally have his own podcast on pool construction and maintenance!

His crew were courteous, professional, and friendly! Cody Dingman's ability during the backfill was nothing less than masterful!

I'd be remiss if I didn't also make honorable mention to Cody Morton and Carson Skube on their contribution to the project as well. These guys were both amazing and they made the process as easy as such an undertaking can be. Thanks again!

UPDATE 4/25/23: It’s been 2 years since my pool install and 21st Century consistently continues to treat us like a VIP customer! Incredible local business with consistent high customer service! Always friendly, always helpful, always patient and wanting to make sure we get the best experience! Opening and closing of the pool is done with such care and efficiency! Thank you Christian and Mike! Special thanks to Michelle and Cheyenne who always help with our pool questions and service with such friendliness! Extra special thanks to Eric who goes above and beyond every time to check on our pool satisfaction and makes sure our pool is up to par to our needs! 6/21/21 Review: 21st Century Pools provided us the most wonderful experience of designing and installation of our inground pool! Mark, our salesperson, was outstanding explaining every option and sharing his vast knowledge of experience as we decided on what we wanted! Cheyenne was wonderful giving us statuses on the schedule! Then the Install Crew showed up and were so attentive, asking exactly what we wanted, even saved some family shrubs we didn't think could be spared but they did! They were on time every day and answered our hundreds of questions throughout the process! They worked long, hot days and gave us statuses throughout the entire process and reviewed the day's work at the end of the day, so we knew exactly what to expect. The crew even got done a day early with the install process because they worked extra long days! We had an outstanding Project Lead with Darren! Darren was so easy to work with and welcomed our interruptions and many suggestions, always with a smile! The crew of Alex, Cody, Don and Nate worked incredibly hard too! Our site was a challenging one with hills and rocky soil, but they never complained even once, they worked through all our hurdles! Every one of the crew were so friendly and so approachable to talk with us! My husband and I set our expectations very high, so really appreciated the attentiveness they consistently displayed throughout the entire process! Darren and Crew sure worked hard through the heat and drizzly rain and never complained ever. 21st Century Pool Management did visits to our site all along asking if we were happy with the progress. Eric and Calvin were incredible talking with us on what to expect and asking what we wanted! Mark, our salesman, even came out a couple of times to check on us and asked how the install was proceeding! Then Eric came back days after the install to check on our satisfaction and answered more of our questions! The experience couldn't have been a better one! I highly recommend 21st Century Pools & Spas for pool installations and look forward to doing many years of business with them in the future!

So excited for the delivery of our hot tub. The entire experience from researching to purchasing to the delivery was top notch. Mark was very knowledgeable and no pressure sales. We were lucky that they had just received a delivery of hot tubs and we were able to purchase ours the same day. Dan and Rob delivered the tub early in the day and gave us all the necessary information and worked well with the electrician.

All the employees I've spoken to here have been friendly and knowledgeable. The salesperson and owner went over all of my options and recommended the best fit for my space and needs, despite more expensive options. They took the time to explain things thoroughly, kept in communication during the entire project, and completed the job on time. I love my new pool - thank you 21st! I cannot recommend them enough!

Chris did an excellent job in figuring out and repairing our hot tub. Very punctual, professional.

Our sales man Mark has been great. We had a special requests for stairs in our pool and Mark got right on it and made it happen. We had to order the pool but will be in at September and installed this fall . We did shop other pool stores but install couldn't be done for a year up to two years. . So far very happy. With the service.

I could not have asked for a more professional and pleasant experience! Never owning a pool before myself, I had not even the first clue how to winterize my pool. They were able to provide very easy to follow instructions, and the proper chemicals that even a first time could follow and use. Would recommend to anyone!
