McDonald's

They totally messed up my almost $60 take out order, I kept the receipts! #280 & #286 @ 5:53PM on 04/01/2024. They were inattentive to their customers and the delivery drivers, and had them waiting an extremely long time to get any type of assistance or acknowledgement.

...I did call ... I did speak to a manger... With no resolve! Main Street McDonald's in Binghamton, you need to hire new staff and do better. Because your customer service NEEDS DESPERATE HELP.

McDonald's used to be a Happy & Fun Experience ... a treat, a place my grandchildren would look forward to going (per their reward system). NOW... All I saw was disappointment, sad faces, cold nuggets, stale fries and no toy! In their "Happy Meals"!!!
...that's not happy at all!
Not to mention, I was looking forward to that double fillet o'fish... Which wasn't a double, at all, and cold!!! Who wants to eat COLD FISH??? They need to put an undercover liaison in there! You'll see...

I have a special needs bird who needs syringe feeding due to a severe beak deformity called cross beak and hot water to make her food up these guys got my Izzys water perfect and my hash browns too. Don't bring non service animals in the restaurant that is not fair to your animal or yourself. But this mickey ds has wonderful staff that will sell you things like hot water if you are traveling and need it for some reason.

This place is no joke. I went there at 8pm for a quick snack and ordered a Big Mac. It was the best one I had since I was a child. I would really love to thank the cook who ever made my burger. It doesn't lack in anything. Well done McDonald's.

Just got food from here and fond mold on my bun

The food was great and the service was excellent. People working there are very nice.

Staff were smiling, personable and polite. There was an issue with the Frappe machine, but they immediately got to work on it to solve the problem and were very pleasant and apologetic about the few minutes of extra wait time. Very good customer service experience here today!

I’ve personally never had any issues with this McDonald’s despite the reviews they were very kind to me . It does look like they need to hire some more help though .

Front street McDonalds always slaps. Never a bad time. If you want your nuggets done right or your big Mac to be a big W this is the spot

Extremely convenient location just off the highway, I stop regularly for the gas station and to give my kids a break on long trips. Always been a good McDonalds for us, but it can get very very busy. Even then they've always done a good job.

We got a smoothie. We also got frappes. Very good. The only thing we noticed is that their cups have gotten smaller.

it was extremely busy and people were just taking random orders. But the lady is up front handled it well

Got our orders for hour kids and us were correct and in great time! They were also SO nice! It felt real and not that fake customer talk either. Really happy and helpfull employees! Keep up the great work 😁

the workers there were the nicest i’ve seen at a mcdonald’s. The place was pretty clean too

Good service and most of the staff know what they are doing. There are a handful who will always get your order wrong. Staff like Sabrina and Alicia deserve a gold medal. They make coming back to this particular mcds worth it :)

They're always fast and friendly. You get what you order. The only sad thing about this place is that it doesn't offer bakery items, which I've been craving during my pregnancy haha
