Prompt and responsive to my initial request, competitive price, easy and quick scheduling, and the field team was a pleasure to deal with and did great work. I will use them again next time and would recommend to anyone in the market for cleaning services.

I was having issues with my dryer getting condensation and lint around the base of it. I called Deep Impact after having Sears come out last summer to clean the dryer vent. Right away they took a look in the attic and thought I hadn't had the dryer vent cleaned in over 3 years. They cleaned out the ducts (properly), installed a new vent hose from the dryer to the duct in the wall, and ensured everything was hooked up and working before they left. Responsive, professional and quality service for the price. Would highly recommend.

My parents bought my husband and I the gift of having our air ducts cleaned (by a different company) and when the company showed up they wanted over 1,000$. After I turned the service down from this other company my dad called deep impact and they came out the same day and were super friendly, professional and very thorough. They also honored a discounted quote we previous got. We can’t thank them enough for their great work. We will definitely be using them again for other services. We highly recommend them.

I would give them a 5 STARS ratings. We called them in the morning for the same day service for cleaning the entire carpet area - single family home with basement . Alex was very responsive and immediately replied to my messages and scheduled a time. They came in right on time and went out of their work schedule and did over time to finish up the work on the same day. Most importantly they cleaned every bit and corner of the carpets and their work was excellent ( note : I have used many other carpet cleaning services before but Deep Impact in Hillsborough- cleaning service is the best so far) . They did not even rush to finish up the work even around 8 PM. I highly recommend Alex and team for your carpet cleaning service.

We had Deep Impact come to clean our vents, carpets, couch and a glider chair and they were on time, professional and my old WHITE carpets LITERALLY look brand new!! Between my two kids and dog, the carpets had seen better days and Deep Impact make they cleaner then I could have ever imagined. I plan to schedule them yearly for a good cleaning. The gentlemen who came were polite and courteous, and scheduling everything with Alex was super easy. HIGHLY recommend.

We had Deep Impact come in for vent cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. They were very thorough going through each vent spending lots of time. They explained everything really well. Their prices were lower than the competition performing the same quality of work. The townhouse took close to 4 hours to complete, which tells you how thorough they were (and how bad the vents at our new rental were). My wife and I were very pleased with their work.

I have been a customer of Deep Impact for many years and they are awesome!! They are easy to schedule with, always on time and they work miracles on my carpets. My carpets are getting older and whenever I think I should replace them Deep Impact cleans them and they look like new. Carpet installers must hate them!

This review is long overdue, but Alex and her team are truly remarkable. The stench in our carpet was so strong that it didn't go away with one treatment. However, Alex took the carpet back with her and did a second treatment free of charge. The stench is fully gone and we could not have asked for more.

Just used deep impact carpet cleaner They were excellent. It's a small female owned company who stays until the job is done right. I highly recommend them. They are cheaper than the franchise guys. They also clean grout, dryer vents and ducts.

Very thorough job and a pleasure to do business with. I would recommend Deep Impact Cleaning to anyone in the area - especially those with limited access (like apartments) to the area that needs cleaning and truck-based equipment is not viable - this company has both truck based and portable equipment.
