Tender Lovin Grill

After reading all these wonderful reviews, had to give it a try. This place offers gluten free options and vegetarian options. Price is decent and portion is large. Recommended the chicken tenders and the jerk chicken bowl 😋

Great restaurant! Just driving through the town and happened to stumble upon this restaurant. Seems like a lot of people do take out orders from here but there were few seats inside and a couple outside. The food menu was extensive and I wanted to try a lot on the menu. Ended up getting the steak burrito and it was delicious. It wasn't overly filled and it had just enough mixture and was perfectly wrapped. I do want to try their tenders and wings whenever I come through this way again.

Worth checking out this place if you are driving through or live near by.

I have been a customer for years. TLG is one of our go to for take out when it's been a long week. The chicken tenders, potato slices, & sweet slices are our favs. Tonight I got the Oh my goodness! salad & OMGoodness it is incredible. Not sure exactly what it going on but it is perfect, fresh, & light enough to still feel like I made a healthy choice. Thanks so much for being consistent. Oh and I could drink the Creamy Cilantro sauce!!

Delicious, better than I expected. I wish the portion was more but the ingredients are fresh and perfectly seasoned. I’ll treat myself to it once every couple of weeks.

Placed a catering order for a party at Flounder’s Brewery. Everyone raved how delicious the food was. Delivered hot. So easy to work with. They went above and beyond to make the party as easy as possible for us. Would definitely recommend Tender Lovin Grill for catering.

I got a Sunshiny Chicken Platter and it was good! A bit heavy on mozzarella in my opinion, but definitely still delicious and a good balance of meat, veggies, and rice. The staff was also very nice!

Tender Lovin' Grill has a very interesting menu selection compared to what you are used to seeing at restaurants around Hillsborough. The chicken is some of the best I've had in town and I really enjoy the different sauces they offer, especially the chipotle BBQ. The potato slices were really good as well. I definitely recommend trying the food here!

First time ever eating here and I fell in love! I've always driven past this place going to and from work and never stopped in until today. Staff is exceptionally friendly and speedy. I ordered the food and it was ready in 10 minutes. I go the Teriyaki bowl with chicken and it was so amazing. Will be going back for sure :)

Very good food! Made fresh and tastes fresh. A great selection of fun foods as well including Mac n cheese w lots of additions. I will go back to try! Give them a shot, no way u will be disappointed.

I'm more partial than using local stores the national change of at all possible. This is a great place the chickens always tasty the selection is pretty decent and I like the sauces. I don't think you'll have a bad time if you order from here.

UPDATE: 2021/09, just had a special, Shrimp tacos, and they were fantastic!! Definitely will have this again when it is put on the menu.

The oh my goodness salad was absolutely delicious. Great portion size and the dressing was yummy! Looking forward to my next visit

Great location with food that is obviously made fresh on the spot. The wings were delicious! Great sauce, lots of meat, and crispy outside with tender inside. The ranch dressing was really good too! Also had the shrimp tacos and they were to die for! Fresh, fresh, fresh and seasoned perfectly. Whatever is in the healthy salad is delicious!

Oh boy do I love this place! Everything is delicious and the staff is so fun and polite. Definitely try the health salad and the Bosco Chocolate Soda. The wraps pack a spicy punch so if that's not your thing, ask them to tone it down, and they will. I try to go once a week, and I enjoy myself every time.

great local place where you will get fast and friendly service. guilt free, freshly made food with lots of weekly specials like shrimp taco's, healthy quinoia salads, and too many other delicious meals to mention. I've been going here since they opened and they still manage to put out a high quality and fresh product every time and I'm a very picky eater. I love that they have lots of healthy options and keep a nice, well trained staff. thank you tender lovin' grill for providing a healthy, fresh alternative to fast food in Hillsborough.

This was a random stop for me while traveling for work. I had a chicken burrito that was very flavorful and fresh. I am really particular about chicken because most of these places don’t have fresh meat or don’t know how to cook it. The meat in my burrito was tender and tasted homemade. The burrito was a good size—about what you’d get from Chipotle or perhaps a bit larger. There wasn’t much of a dining area, but I’m guessing it’s mostly a takeout place. Good experience overall.

Great little lunch spot. First time visiting and will not be my last. Very fresh and delicious food. Chicken fajita salad was so yummy. Nice menu with something for everyone. Courteous and professional staff. My new go to.
