what sets this dealership apart from the others is its staff from our sales representative Andrew Lloyd , the service manager , Mike Lofredo and the manager Dan Cottrell each and every one of them were kind, efficient, and professional. a car is a car, but how the dealership resolves issues, handles a situation and delivers a product is what matters. Kyle was a great service rep. I chose Jaguar of Marlboro because setting up the service appointment was quick and easy, the experience at the dealership was first class, the waiting area was extremely comfortable. The dealership drove me to work 30 minutes away. Once the issue was diagnosed, I received a text msg with a link to see the recommended repairs. I did not have to take a phone call while at work to approve the work. They completed the repairs quickly, and pick up was very easy. You receive a luxury experience from start to finish. I would defintely recommend this dealership and service dept. I have also used the parts dept here before and they were excellent.

Excellent service throughout. Had the use of a very nice loaner car, service advisor Aden was polite, professional, and thorough, and the service was completed promptly and properly. All charges were explained before the work was done. Altogether a first-rate experience.

I had a very good buying experience from this dealer. I live in Northern New Jersey but the dealers by me didn't have the vehicle in inventory. I drove 53 minutes to meet with Andrew for a consultation and a test drive, and the time was well spent. It was only a few weeks later that I was taking delivery of my new Jaguar. Andrew is knowledgeable and patient, CJ did a fine job completing the sales transaction, and Nick was outstanding when delivering the vehicle. Thanks also to Matthew, the General Sales Manager, for the deep discounting of the 2023 vehicle remaining in stock. I was as happy to drive it away as he was to make room for the 2024 models :)

Ray Catena Jaguar Land Rover is located right in the Marlboro/Manalapan area, it is the largest Jaguar Land Rover dealership in the world to date boasting about 40 cars inside the showroom itself including rare Jaguars from Mr.Catena’s personal collection. This is a huge facility with the new Jaguar Land Rover design boasting of glass and steel! They have the nicest inventory of both new and certified pre-owned vehicles. The best part is they stock all of these vehicles on the property itself, so you can always see exactly what you’re looking for and they will even pull it off the showroom floor if need be! This state of the art facility has Sales, Service, a shop and customer lounge all under the same roof. Staff is very friendly and accommodating and I highly recommend stopping in for the Ray Catena experience! It really is unmatched 5/5!

My low coolant light came on while driving. Since I was going to pass the dealership on my home, I stopped in w/o an appt. After I briefly explained my issue, they told me I did the right thing by stopping I and said they would take a look at it. As it turned out, my water pump was leaking, they had one in stock and changed it. Lucky for me it was covered under the warranty. They updated me frequently on what was going on and how long it would take. They offered a car wash as well but I declined because I just wanted to get home. Red carpet treatment, kind and courteous staff. The dealership was immaculately nest and clean.

Service , when needed is easy to make appointments and available loaners.
