King’s Chef Restaurant

This restaurant has really good chinese food. The best thing is that they are open on Tuesdays (a lot of Chinese restaurants are close on that day. The egg rolls felt very tasty and fresh. Love the crab Rangoon. Good prices and good service.

Had to write this review because this just happened. I had placed an order through their website couple of things and an order of their small spare ribs. They come 4 in a small. When I checked them I realized yes, I had four pieces but they so so small, two made up one rib. I called the restaurant and told them with no attitude. They were completely understanding so they asked me to bag the small ones up and they immediately came and replaced them. That was amazing and I really appreciated it. I love their ribs lol.

I’ve been ordering food from here for about 10+ years- i have NEVER been disappointed. I’ve tried other chinese food places and they were NOTHING compared to kings chef. Eggrolls? amazing. Combo meals? amazing. Dumplings? amazing. Lo Mein? amazing. Crab Rangoon? amazing. Even the customer service has always been so nice. I will never move out of NJ soley because of this restaurant.

Have been frequenting King chef for over five years. Amazing staff and incredible food. Always punctual with delivery and never have any complaints. The chicken and broccoli is outstanding, and I also love the roast pork and broccoli which I always add mushrooms to! Be sure to try them out-you won't be disappointed!

so glad i found this place. the steamed pork dumpling are to die for. i called my order in. the lady on the phone was super nice and patient and the guy at the counter was extremely nice as well.

Awesome Chinese food place my guy Will always goes above and beyond. Fried chicken and pork fried rice is the best around they have incredible beef and soup options as well. Super nice staff. And to top it off they have a fighting game machine with all the classics to play for free. Be warned will is a veteran and will wash you.

By far, the best Chinese takeout in and around Long Branch. They have a rather extensive menu and the meals they prepare are high quality. Food is comparably priced with what you expect but definitely of a higher caliber. I get take out from here on a fairly regular basis and have been going here for over three years and never been disappointed by the quality of the food or the pick up process. Easy to order online and available for pickup in 20 to 30 minutes. Food is always on time and never had any issues with my order.

I found King’s Chef while doing a search for Egg Foo Young. Most Chinese restaurants near me don’t offer it and it’s one of my favorite dishes when cooked well. The Egg Foo Young at King Chef is consistently good, never greasy, and the sauce is sublime. The service is fast and friendly. The egg roll that came with lunch was perfect: crispy and delicious. Again, not greasy. The only negative is that they’re always playing movies that are loud and violent so that it’s not pleasing to dine in.

Delivery was SUPER FAST!! Everything great. Thank y’all 🙏

Simply the best Chinese food in Monmouth county.

The best of the best in the entire county and possibly the state! Amazing staff and even better food. If you catch them at the right time you can even see them hand rolling their wontons.

I have been a customer of King Chef since it opened in the late 80's....NEVER a bad meal. Consistently delicious throughout all these years! Hats off to the family who have, and continue to, put out great food! Thank you.

Hands down the best Chinese food in Long Branch (and I've tried quite a few). Their food is always fresh tasting and consistent but most importantly the quality is miles above their competitors.

Their food is slightly more expensive but it is worth paying the extra money for quality food! Try the Singapore Mei Fun, which is one of my favorites.

Great & tasty flavors! Fried dumplings beyond delicious, as well delivery was less than 25m, definitely great choice.

Probably the best Chinese food you’ll find in long branch. Chicken and broccoli does not disappoint, Szechuan chicken with pork fried rice is fire 🔥prices are fair delivery is quick and smooth depending how busy they are. Family business from what I’ve been told. Overall 5/5 king chef take my money!

Incredible quality, their sesame chicken is the only one with actual juicy chicken and filled unlike many other places that’s just flower. Flavoring so on point, owner Will and the team so polite and friendly great atmosphere thanks guys

I ordered online last night for pick up and it was very simple and easy. When I got to the restaurant everything was very clean and everyone working was wearing face masks and so friendly! We also ordered a ton of food so an employee helped me bring it to my car. EVERYTHING was delicious. Chicken and broccoli, pepper steak, spare ribs- everything was amazing. Finding the right Chinese takeout place hasn’t been easy lately but King Chef will definitely be our go-to from now on.

Terrific! I think it’s one of the best in the area. Great Hot and Spicy Chicken, fried rice, chicken in black bean sauce, all taste different and delicious. Perfect egg rolls too! This is our new favorite Chinese takeout place.

Surprisingly, good food. They even have homemade duck sauce. It's definitely a place to satisfy your Aisan food craving. 😋
