Extremely prompt service. I called them and within the hour, there were several folks here working on the problem. They provided clear instructions on what they were doing, and future work that would need doing. They fully answered all of our questions and the price was reasonable for under an hour on a Saturday afternoon. Definitely would recommend them again, especially after they mentioned being available 7 days a week and stand by their work.

William was very professional. Selected a window between 8 - 10 pm and was there promptly as this was the hour I was available. He was clean, polite, explained the options available. Prices and plans, and was upfront about it all. He did my one sink and it was unclogged thanks to his patience. Decided to do some end of the year clean up and wanted to put some boxes in the closet on Sunday. Went in the water closet and realized there was, you guessed it, water on the floor. Called Roto-Rooter and someone was here within an hour. Thankfully the leak was not heavy. After an assessment it was determined that we would need to do restoration in the crawl space and addition to repairing the water meter for the house. Unfortunately the main valve in the house was broken which resulted in us calling the city to turn off the water on the street. When the city came they could not turn off the water without digging up the sidewalk due to something being outdated and no longer compatible with the tools that they had. As of right now, waterworks has still not turned off the water but Roto-Rooter recognized that this was an issue and it needed to be resolved as soon as possible. While all of this was happening Juan, Frank, and their supervisor stayed in constant contact with us and eventually bit the bullet to do the work with the water still on. Extra shout out to Juan for taking a blast of water. Frank was very clear in explaining all of the options that we had as far as restoration and replacing the appliance that we need. He even went out of his way to handle the call with the insurance company, which at that point I was not mentally prepared to do lol. Everybody was absolutely professional and courteous. 10 out of 10.

I recently had a sewer pipe stoppage issue at my home and called Roto-Rooter for assistance. I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed with their service. Despite the messy nature of the job, they were incredibly diligent in keeping the area clean throughout the process. I want to give a special shout-out to Joel, who went above and beyond to get the job done, even though it took longer than expected. His dedication and expertise were evident throughout.

While the price wasn't the lowest I found, it was absolutely fair given the extensive work and expertise required.
