My Little Silver CVS is a great Pharmacy and store that works hard for the customers. Always a greeting with a smile and is there any way I can Assist you today? I know all of them by name, and they know me too. Thank you all for what you do.

I came into this CVS today frustrated and upset and I walked out having gotten everything I needed in a quick manner. All the employees were nice but I have to give special thanks to Matt. He was so helpful and kind.

I've lived in Little Silver and have frequented this CVS many times throughout my life for various reasons, and I've always been very pleased with the experience. However, they went above and beyond for me yesterday and I plan on always going there before the Walgreens across-the-street from now on! I had ordered passport photos through a website to be picked up there, and when I arrived they hadn't been printed (which was the website's fault, not CVS's). The manager then went out of her way to help me print the photos I needed at a fraction of what it would cost anywhere else! Everyone I interacted with was so helpful and nice that they made my entire day. Looking forward to my next visit!

It is a CVS chain store, therefore has convenience store and a pharmacy within. I’m uncertain about other reviews regarding money grams or such. I get prescriptions filled there, and if I need cold medicine or shampoo, it’s all there.

Was in difficult situation returning from the Hospital after surgery when a Resident incorrectly wrote a prescription. Walgreens, who I have used for many years (across the street) said they would not fill the prescription, maybe tomorrow. No good with pain medication. In some desperation I went to CVS for the first time. The Pharmacist, Jeff at CVS looked a the prescription immediately, he got on the phone called the hospital floor, demanded to speak with the Resident, solved the problem and in 10 minutes I was on my way. Remarkably, it was a non event for him. Just taking care of a customer. Wow! in this day and age his goal is to get it right and to make sure his clients understand the meds and are pleased with the service and process. Outstanding!

This used to be our go-to pharmacy but has deteriorated significantly in recent months. The pharmacy is always backed up and slow. One of the pharmacists and most of the pharm techs are rude, unhelpful, and very unprofessional.

WORST. PHARMACY. EVER. The longest wait time ever (I’ve been on lines 15 people deep here). Pharmacist was very rude to me as well. CVS overall is good, but avoid this location.

Pharmacy is overwhelmed and under employed. They need to hire more people to cut down on ridiculously long wait times! I will be going to Walgreens untill they solve this huge problem. The well staffed ones don't seem to have this problem. Hope you guys get the help you deserve!

I wish I could post zero stars. Don’t fill prescriptions here. They will lose them- even if you fax them over and call to check multiple times. They don’t answer the phones anyway. Staff were friendly enough don’t want to completely blame them- pharmacy seems understaffed. But it’s not worth the trouble. Visit another CVS.

Pharmacy has Unbelievably slow service. Waited in line for a half hour just to be told that the prescription wasn’t ready (despite being advised it was). Had to wait online for an additional 20 minutes to check out once it was finally prepared. Unacceptable. Will be transferring to a more capable pharmacy

I feel badly for the associate folks who interact with customers in the pharmacy. They are terrific but the pharmacists who make the calls follow protocols in spite of common sense and the evidence. This latest time the pharmacist just blew me off with a prescription they said was filled and would not renew it. When I asked when it was picked up they had no idea and the pharmacist just told the associate to have me wait without even checking. The time before an associate told me I had three prescriptions and later when I found out i did not take one any longer the pharmacist said I could not return it and get a refund. He did tell me I could possibly donate it to one of the local clinics. God love associates they do a good job of covering for bad decisions.

The first downfall of this pharmacy is not having a window pick up, because for everything that you need do you need to park go inside and most of the time there is a long line of people waiting to be help at the pharmacy. I go there because of the convenience but I am switching to another pharmacy because the service is not great. My doctor prescribed a medicine for my tendinitis, when I went to pick it up plus other prescriptions that I had turn out that I didn’t have my medicine for the tendinitis. I tried to call the doctor to see whether they forgot to call in then I went inside again to inquire about it. The pharmacist then informed me that he didn’t give it to me because the co-pay was over $100! Since when they take the liberty to sell or not sell based on the price of the medicine? That should’ve been something to discuss when I went to pick it up. Since when the pharmacist knows whether we are able to afford something or not? Does he have direct access to our bank accounts? I think I’m going back to Walgreens.

I waited on hold for the pharmacy 2 times over 30 minutes. Never got to speak to someone! What a joke!
