Everything was fresh and delicious!! Authentic Mexican cuisine. The breaded chicken sandwich was to die for!! Very big portions. You get three big quesadillas and rice and beans which are very big portions. I loved the shrimp tacos which came with 5 taco. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.

The whole island lost power in wildwood New Jersey and there weren’t any restaurants outside of wildwood that weren’t full to capacity. We stumbled on the only place in town that would serve us so we decided on takeout as they were closing in 5 minutes, but would accommodate us.
Often times the best food are the little hole in the walls! When I say authentic it certainly was, and absolutely delicious!!

The burritos were amazing! I had the beef and chorizo burrito and it was a silky delicious! Meats were chopped very fine so all the flavors meshed perfectly!

The enchiladas were great and we order 3 different tortas, including the Morelos, snd they all were amazing!!! It is not a fancy place for a date, but you can get take out and you won't be disappointed with their food. They also have chorizo by the pound, some produce, big selection of Mexican candies and pan dulce. Please support this small business, these guys work really hard and it shows in the flavor of their food.

It’s a small quiet place with DELICIOUS food. You just sit and they come and serve you. I ordered “Bistek a la Mexicana” and it came with rice and beans. The tortillas are hand made and taste great (warm and soft). But my husband’s and my plate were scraped clean. A must try.

I gave this place 5 stars because its my first time eating here and its amazing! The food was delicious especially Tacos de lengua and Carnitas! The staff was very amicable and it has that traditional Mexican vibe 🇲🇽 THIS IS THE REAL MEXICAN FOOD IN THE AREA!!!

First time ordered take out. 1st. staff so helpful and friendly. I ordered the Enchiladas with green sauce. The best. Perfect in every way. Tasted so good you just wanted more. Looking forward to trying something else next weekend.

It's a tiny establishment that faces away from the main road, so it is easy to overlook Morelos. But fans of Mexican food would be wise to make the extra effort! The food is excellent and authentic, packed with flavor and prepared to order. Ingredients could be a little fresher, but it did not detract much from the overall effect of the food. The restaurant also serves as a Mexican grocery store, so seating is limited to about 20 people total. It really is an excellent place to get a meal though.

This place is a hidden gem in a run down strip mall that's off the main road. The place is small with a few tables and grocery items. On the counter was a variety of tempting baked goods. I ordered the Tacos Al Pastor and they were delicious. Everything was fresh and made to order. My favorite part was the homemade tortillas. The tortillas were much thinner than store bought. They were tender and toasted just enough to not become brittle. The tacos came with sliced radishes, lime wedges, Verde and roja salsas, and a perfectly grilled spring onion. They also make tlayuda, aka Mexican pizza! I'm definitely coming back next time I'm in the area and ordering a lot more!

The food here is excellent. If you are looking for REAL Mexican food this is the place. They hand make their tortillas. The staff have excellent customer service. I am happy I found this place. If I am in the area I will come back! Highly recommend this place.

The Mexican sandwich with everything, is absolutely delicious. Savory and authentic. The carnitas and tamales were boasting with flavor. A hidden gem in the Cape may county area. We will definitely be back.

What an amazing find! As a chef who trained in Mexico THIS is the REAL DEAL. Authentic, plentiful, homemade rustic family food. Perfect experience- can’t wait to come back. Ordered tamales, sopes, burritos and homemade tortillas - everything was DELICIOUS.

Morelos is a fantastic hole in the wall Mexican restaurant in downtown Rio Grande by Momijis. It is a real gem. The people that own it are super friendly and make amazing food. You sit down and immediately get chips, a milder tomatillo sauce and a spicier red sauce free of charge. The menu has a lot of your staple Hispanic food fare, fajitas, enchiladas, etc, but they also have many authentic meals to choose from. These people deserve your patronage. Thanks for the great food Morelos. I tell all of my shipmates at the Coast Guard base about your place!

Only way you can hate this place is if you’re a white lady named KAREN. Good authentic food here, will be coming back again.
