The Home Depot

After a short infatuation with the competitor in town I'm back to the huge selection, friendly staff, and fine customer service that is to be found at the Scottsbluff Home Depot. As a service-connected disabled veteran, all that need be shown at checkout is my VA ID card stating such and *presto!* take another 10% off of my total purchase price for that day. It adds up... and when the checker says, "Thank you for your service!" it always sounds more real to me than someone commonly parroting this phrase with no real feeling. At Home Depot they always mean it, at least coming from the employees who look me in the eyes as it's said with a smile of thankfulness on their faces. It means a lot to us, truly. Thank you Home Depot.

Bea greeted me and was very sweet and patient with me. She brought out the order and I tried to check to see if everything was there when Jane came and asked if I needed help. Jane ended up showing me where to look and ended up checking the whole order while I made check marks on the list. Those two wonderful women prevented a major headache for me. I really appreciated their help and patience. Jaden was awesome helping us put all that bathroom stuff in the back of my partner’s truck. Great customer service skills!

I had a wonderful experience with home depots services and they aren't that bad on pricing. Your worker Mary was extremely respectful and helpful to me. Don't get rid of workers like this because it's hard to find them.

Went in looking for a washer couldn't really afford the prices but they were having like a dent sale and we got a brand new washer normally 500 bucks for $337 great deal the dent causes no problem where it's at so good deals!!

By far the best Home Depot I have ever been to. The staff is so friendly and helpful! I pretty much can get whatever I need there and more. Whoever is running this store….great job!! 👍🏻

Update - with Home Depot the associates are never the problem. It is when management gets involved everything goes down the drain. The only exception is Christal who is in management but is also the HR.

Great staff, very helpful

Had to rent a ladder. Got the biggest one they had based on what the customer told me. It was to big. Went back and they exchanged it for a smaller one with smiles while they helped load it. When I dropped it off I received a phone call and walked back out to my truck. The lady finished all my paperwork and waited until I was off the phone to explain what she did. It was a very pleasant experience.

Amazing how the employees know where everything is and have knowledge of so many different items..also, a good website. We shop at the scottsbluff store a lot.

Most big box stores don't care what customer service is, especially in Scottsbluff. However Dean the manager, Kayla in Kitchen and bath, Don the guy who helps lead, and many others prove over and over, that these folks know the value of good old fashioned customer care.

I don't know how Home Depot was able to assemble such great people, but compared to Menards, you get a picture of polar opposites.

I seriously love Home Depot here. I'm moving and so sad I will no longer be close to one. Their garden center is so full of fresh and beautiful flowers. The staff is also so wonderful!

The customer service representative deja and the general manager Brad are great to work with and true problem solvers. Additionally one of my favorite people in the store works over in the electrical department and always provides incredible expertise.

Every time I need something like plants or paint I come here they are so friendly and do their very best to make sure you get the products you need. I purchesed my curtains and curtian rods here, love them, very durable. Also needed glue and patching supplies for my air mattress and they took me all over the store to find it but they made sure I got what I needed.

Bought LG washer and dryer there..very helpful and they delivered it !!

I am looking to possibly recarpet and put new flooring down in our home. The young man that helped me was very very helpful. He explained the promotion that was going on and I will definitely go to Home Depot for my upgrades.

Stopped to look for Lemon Grass and although they didn't have any we found lots of other plants to bring home. Great selection and great service.

Excellent store, always helpful and the store doesn't seem to be crawling with vermin. Hope they don't start to sell groceries like menards or it will become the same entity.
