Tammy and the staff at Dugan Kramer did an exceptional job. They handled every detail in the most professional way so that we did not have to worry about anything. We would highly recommend them.

The staff and especially, Mr. Hayden-Emerson, was very informational and very easy to communicate with through emails and phone calls. Spencer did a wonderful job with the music, slide show, and graveside services. Grandma looked so peaceful and beautiful. Thank you for all you did to make a sad event memorable.

Our family had an amazing experience at Dugan-Kramer. We lost a baby to a miscarriage recently. Spencer took great care of us in a time when we felt so lost. We had no idea what to do next, and he walked us through the process, answering every question with grace and kindness. They actually offered cremation for at no charge. When we had our meeting, we did not feel pressured into purchasing anything, but we did buy the most precious tiny urn. We felt like someone really cared for our baby, no matter how small she was. When I had to make a decision about what funeral home to call the evening that my spouse passed away, the first person I thought of was Mary Beth at Dugan Kramer. I knew that I would be in good hands when choosing Dugan Kramer.
In the midst of grieving the loss of my beloved spouse of 45 years, the Dugan Kramer staff were so thoughtful, kind and considerate. Mary Beth fully explained all of my options. She was so helpful and patient; never rushing or pressuring me. The accommodations that DK made for my family were perfect in every way, despite the restrictions relating to Covid19.
My husband looked so handsome and so much at peace. The video you created was so beautiful. You went that extra mile to print out his picture cards with a prayer in the back. WOW!

Dugan-Kramer Funeral Home, handled my moms graveside service at the Bayard Cemetery on 11-16-2019. Mary did an awesome job with the arrangements and the service went just how my mom had wanted. Mary also helped my wife and I find a minister for the service, a monument company and a venue to have a lunch after the service for family and friends that attended the service. With us living in Kearney this was a huge help in planning my moms service! I can’t say enough about Dugan-Kramer Funeral Home and Mary’s service to their customers!
