West Bend DMV

Everyone was very helpful! I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes! They kept everyone moving yet we're refreshingly kind and helpful! Kudos to ALL their employees!

Great service and short wait time. I have been to this office 2 times this month. First time for my driver's license...15-20 minutes total. Today was to register my new-to-me van. Had a new title and license plates in less than 15 minutes.

Very fast if you get there when they open, very friendly, costs are different then stated online though.

By far the friendliest and most helpful staff at any DMV I've ever been to. The facility is kept very clean and organized. The system they have in place to process customers was very effective.

This place is wonderful. I lost (misplaced) my driver's license and they could not have been better and faster to get me on my way.
It feels good to know places like this can exist.

Friendly people. Went early after they opened. Was in and out in 15 minutes. Have your ID and paperwork ready which will help.

Shockingly friendly and fast. No more jokes about the DMV being slow. This one is well organized and efficient.

Today I called to find some information through customer service. I had a somewhat complicated issue. I talked to Josh. Not only was he extremely kind, but he was also patient and very helpful!!

The West Bend DMV has the greatest employees who are so very helpful, friendly, efficient and professional. In the past few months my family has been there for different issues and all were handled in a timely manner. We were helped by Lisa, Brenda and Bambi and they were exceptional. I would advise anyone to pay them a visit if you want great service! I rate them 5 stars and a 10.

Way nicer and more competent than most DMVs

Very good experience. The process was smooth and quick. came in to get my daughter a State ID. We had all information ready and printed in advance. They are good with requiring masks and people were spaced out in the waiting area for social distancing. Very efficient and organized.

Today was an outstanding experience because I pre-registered my appointment online that really helped make everything go so much faster. I experienced friendly staff and an easy-to-follow process for license renewal. Handicap access handicap parking is available.
The lines in the parking lot have completely dissolve so it is kind of difficult to figure out where to park because it's real random in part people Park everywhere. So they need to have new lines painted in the lot. Be careful this is June 2021.

I give high marks to this place and their staff. Lisa, Scott and Brenda were incredibly kind and patient with their difficult task of taking a relatives license away (rightly so). I am extremely grateful for their kindness and patience.

I was surprised by this Department of Motor Vehicles facility in West Bend. Usually, there’s a very long wait at places like this, and the personnel are less than pleasant. But this was different. They got me my new drivers license in less than a half an hour, and the facility itself was so pleasant to hang around in, I was surprised.

Take a look at my picture of the inside of this structure, and you’ll notice the soaring high ceiling that makes the place seem spacious and airy. It’s a pleasant room in which to wait, and you won’t have to hang around all day.

Every person I dealt with there was kind and considerate; it was the best DMV experience I’ve ever had. If you live anywhere near here, it’s worth it to go out of your way to get your license renewed here!

There was a super hero manning the door and she was amazing. She was bringing people from outside to inside, aquiring the paperwork, doing vision tests, and then taking pictures. The person at the counter was very nice and helpful through the entire process. I am very impressed!!

Quick service. Friendly staff. Had to renew handicap stickers.

Service was pleasant and fast. I needed some extra help with my transaction,the attendant was pacient and beyond nice. I noticed that the customers were polite too. All in all a good experience.

Friendly, fast and efficient. Despite the current interior construction going on, it did not slow down the process. That was the fastest my husband and I were in and out of there. I'm happy to say this visit was a very good experience.
