Waterloo / Finger Lakes KOA Holiday

We originally had reservations for one night while travelling through the state. However, on our way there, our Check Engine light appeared. When we checked into the campground we told them we might have to stay longer. They were very accommodating and worked some reservations around in case we had to stay longer. Thank you to the office for taking time to help us during our emergency. The campground is very nice and peaceful.

This was the best campsite of our cross country trip. The campground is beautiful, quiet, safe and clean. The area for the dog park is the best I have seen- clean, grass covered and shady. We kayaked through the lock in the river, which was very cool. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were attentive to anything you needed, and gave great advice for activities and food. The campground is very close to lots of amazing waterfall trails- I would love to go back and applaud KOA Waterloo Fingerlakes for being my favorite campground (maybe ever!). Thanks for a great trip.

Very nice smaller campground. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly.Greg and Holly were so kind.everything was clean and well maintained. Very pet friendly and located near a lot of things to do. Would come here again!

Lovely folks. Lovely facility. We stopped here to kayak. The water was calm and perfect for a relaxing paddle. Plenty of wildlife to watch along the way. Convenient location. The folks/staff need a second mention - they were absolutely wonderful!

What a great campground, close to everything and staff are excellent. Very clean sites. Will def be back!!! Thanks for the extra special service when the unexpected can always happen when camping!!

We loved it. Great place for camping with the kids, to go kayaking, and fun place for your dog. Amazing and friendly staff members especially the owners Greg and Holly they were great and always very attentive

This is a campground there there are sites not rooms, but still very nice. Could the staff be more helpful and friendly?! No..not possible. This staff is the sweetest and most helpful group of employees. And dog lovers too. We are kayakers and the the access point IN the campground is fantasic. This is a definate revisit for sure.

Great campground! We rv there every summer. Perfect location for wine tours around the Seneca Lake area.

Spent one night here. What a pleasant campground! It was clean, quiet, and attractive. The mature trees provided plenty of shade. The owners were friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.

New owners, not offering discounts but the staff are more than helpful and sweet! The grounds are beautiful, peaceful and you get a feeling of being safe! Huge showers, clean laundry room and beautiful flowers throughout the park! Highly recommend if your passing through

Nice little park in the middle of a great area. Lots to do around the corner and an easy drive. Staff was very good as well.

This place was awesome and I would definitely stay here again. Big open field to walk dog in and for kids to play. Mature lots with trees. Fire ring, picnic table provided. Wi-fi worked great and allowed me to work from this location. Staff are friendly and entrance is gated!

Nice little campground. The property itself didn't blow us away, but the owners made it a special place. They we're very hospitable and welcoming. For Memorial Day, they had a live musician and free dinner and drinks. They offer canoe and kayak rentals and there was a couple food trucks on site through the weekend. We were very happy with our stay.

Just starting up. New business..Great customer service. Friendly atmosphere. Fun for kayaking, small playground for children big open field for a ball game. It will be better as they grow.

We spent a delightful two weeks here. We wanted to hike in the area and the manager, Justin, was pleasant and helpful in suggesting waterfalls for us to climb. The campground is quiet, with a good number of seasonal campers who also clearly love this site.

We rented kayaks here and it was a great trip! Reasonable prices, good equipment (there was only one kayak out of the 6 we used that had equipment issues). The service was great, really friends staff. Great place to see small wildlife like ducks, geese, turtles, and muskrat!

This was such a beautiful spot, it is imaculately kept, wood on everything looked brand new, Holly and her husband are super pleasant and helpful, the only ding I could give it is there is a shooting range behind the campground, and some dudes like to start early
