I got called out for parking by the sidewalk. It did NOT say NO PARKING and I didn't want to park in a handicap spot. The employee indicated I should park in an ate CLEARLY marked NO parking or park in the rear of the building and walk all the way around to the front. I'm in my 70s and there was no entrance to the back of the building. I don't feel safe walking after dark from the back parking lot. There were NO other parking spaces in the front as one car was parked on the line taking up two places. The employee didn't care about my concerns. I left

The gas pump card readers are busted or someone is using a card scanner and is taking personal information. Been here numerous times used up to 5 cards at one time, used the correct pin and everything, doesn't matter what you do it will still say CARD DECLINED.

The cashier gave me attitude when I wanted to pay for the pizza that I ordered over the phone. No need to tell me that it's not ready yet with attitude, just let me pay for the pizza. But her coworker in the back room with the ovens was very nice. Feel bad for her that she has to work with such a miserable person. So it seems that this employee was trained to give customers attitude when they just want to pay for the pizza they ordered.

Disappointed they changed their wash program

DT Waterloo store. Was told by manager had to scan ALL license's for alcohol purchase, but did not scan license for person before or after me. I am 55 years old. Always Rude. Have been going to that station since Sherm owned in the '80s. Can't even make right change. $16.55 purchase, gave $20.55, got $2.88 change! WTH. Never going there again until she is gone.

There are items such as orange juice that they can’t sell because it doesn’t scan and they gave me attitude about it. Here’s another 1 star
