Best Western Spooner Riverplace

This hotel is great - clean comfy rooms, friendly, helpful staff, delicious breakfast. I stupidly left my ipad in the room and when I called, it had been found and secured. It was promptly mailed out to me and I received it in only a few days. I cannot say enough about how helpful the staff is- if I travel back to Spooner, I will absolutely stay at this Best Western!!!!!

Nice hotel, great breakfast! The rooms are clean and basic. The breakfast is exceptional! The pool was being renovated so we didn’t get to swim, but still a great experience.

My husband and I stayed in Spooner for our 34th anniversary and my birthday. We ride ATV's and were looking for a new trail system. We found your hotel online and was grateful it was all the good reviews said it was! Very clean inside and out! Newly updated. Excellent breakfast with everything you can think of available. The bedding, towels, lobby, room, stairwells were so clean! Plus, this stay was affordable for us! Good prices, great 3-day weekend. THANK YOU!!! We will be back :)

I didn't take any photos, but the rooms were clean, friendly staff, and a delicious breakfast with many options. What I didn't realize until we were almost finished with breakfast was the outdoor deck with seating overlooking a beautiful river view.

This hotel has to have THE best continental breakfast I've ever had... Period!!! Rooms were clean, nice view, no disturbances... Nice pool. Very nice.

Wow! Maybe the best hotel I've ever visited. Staff, rooms, breakfast, pool, hot tub, cleanliness all superb. Thank you for having a 24-hour open pool!! We relaxed in the hot tub late and alone, how romantic!!

Great service, clean comfortable rooms, reasonable rates. Staying here was a target of opportunity, but it was a great decision and we would definitely return.

The battery on our rental car died and Madison jumped us off with her own cables and car!!!!! The staff here is wonderful, friendly, and accommodating. Everything was neat and clean. This hotel is well oiled and well run! Our stay was perfect!

Clean, friendly staff, usable pool area with hot tub and sauna. Well maintained

Had a regular room on the side with pond view and a handicapped room on other side. The beds were super comfortable because the staff is always cleaning. They were always available and super pleasant to get things we needed for the handicap room. Breakfast is the best I have ever had with plenty of choices, even gluten free choices. My favorite item was the fresh strawberry sauce and whipped cream to go on the waffles!!! Has a lovely trail to walk down and a back deck to hang out on overlooking the pond. Pool area going and well maintained. Well done staff, you set the bar high!

Very clean! Pool and hot tub a huge plus. Fun for kids and relaxing for the parents. Pet friendly place. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Right by the trails and off the river side.

I recently stayed here with our local youth hockey team. Very clean place, great breakfast and an overall great experience. My son actually left his tablet in the room after we had checked out and left, the hotel called me within an hour and let me know they had it waiting for me at the front desk, very nice customer service! Thank again!

This hotel is one of best hotel experiences I've stayed. Hotel rooms were clean, very nice and helpful staff to assist you, the breakfast they served were excellent, especially the biscuits and gravy, and had variety for everyone. The pool is open for 24 hours, which was very convenient, especially didn't have to rush dinner or needed the morning swim for excercise. I did wish that they did have fitness center, but the pool did the trick.
Also, the hotel was not far from any stores, restaurants, or attractions nearby, which was very nice.
Overall, I will come back if I was visiting nearby again. Highly recommended.

First of all, I love that they are pet friendly!! Very clean and employee's were very friendly and accommodating! Breakfast had a wide variety of options and we loved the biscuits and gravy! It is located in a nice setting with a deck overlooking the yellow river. And a nice trail next to it Even seen some deer!

General Manager is amazing. Definitely the type of person you want as the face of your business. Staff very friendly and everyone was extremely helpful. Rooms are always clean when we have stayed and great for a kids birthday! They will let you reserve the room right next to the pool. They even have pizza now!

We accidentally booked at a different BW but the night staff made room for us at this hotel.

Amazing customer service. 24/7 pool, hot tub and sauna (never seen that in a hotel before), huge breakfast spread every morning including make-your-own Belgian waffles (delicious), and fantastic rooms.

Microwave, fridge, seemingly unlimited hot water for bathing. This is a wonderful hotel. Sarah at the front desk is an absolute sweetheart.

This will be my regular hotel in Spooner going forward. 10/10

Very clean, very friendly, good breakfast.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The manager Michael was very welcoming and very easy to talk to. This place easily surpassed my expectations with its cleanliness. All the linens were spotless and it felt very comfortable to be in the rooms with ample sitting including a desk and a lounge chair. The lighting was good as well with multiple sources around the room. The bathroom and sink were nicely set up. If I have business within the area, I will stay at this location. Very reasonable price as well.
