Truly could not have asked for a better experience! I won some books online and had it shipped, Bid N Buy processed everything really quickly and professionally, and their in-house shipping department did a great job packing it safely. It was shipped lightning fast and I was charged shipping at-cost which is a huge rarity. Bid N Buy is a gem and I will be paying close attention to future auctions!

My experience: I bought a rifle through the auction. There's a controllable price for the additional fun in the experience. That being said, Bid-N-Buy was great. The process for picking up a "gun" is congruent with any firearms purchasing outlet. The person completing the NICS knows what she's doing and is extremely efficient. I was in and out in 10 minutes.

They are reasonable and professional! The other auction houses try to dig you with outrageous commissions and don't give straight answers. Mark runs a great business and Justine rocks at gettin' it done!

This auction house has been around for a long time. I remember going to auctions with the live auctioneer with my dad as a kid. I hate it when we went to the auctions when I was a child but I do anything to go for that ramblin Man with the microphone again. Everything is done online so it's become much more of a seller's market but you still catch good deals. It is hard to get your stuff into auction for consignment as the demand is very high currently. I live about an hour away from the auction house so I'm not always able to make the two-day window they give you but the staff there is very patient, hardworking and make an effort to learn your name which I find to be an excellent customer-centered business practice. Thank you all very much for the work you do!
