Great Bend Overlook

OMG!!! Amazing Views of the Gorge and Genesee River!!! Everything is so easy to navigate!! Just park and look!!! And mesmerize yourself!!

If you are visiting niagara falls, make sure you are visiting this place , The parking fee is 10$ , it's one of the largest state parks in the USA, camping and all are available too many scenic beauty are available, make sure you have enough time to explore all the places ( in my thought you need atleast 8 hours to enjoy the complete park ) plan accordingly

Beautiful state park that was recommended by a family member. The drive was lovely with overlooks of the canyon along the way. Gift shops, cafes, and rest rooms were available.

This is a beautiful view any time, but I recommend in full daylight for the best experience and pictures.

Great view of the gorge which has a depth of 550 feet at this location. Has binoculars on site to use and benches to have a seat and enjoy the view.

Breathtaking views. If you have the time, consider venturing to the lesser known Parade Grounds entrance and driving to the end of the road (becomes unpaved) for an alternate perspective.

Very shady place to take a break from the hike and enjoy one of Letchworth State Parks gorgeous views! Loved watching the birds here!

Famous overlook vista of Letchworth State Park. The true Letchworth fan will find a way to come to this spot in each of the four seasons. My personal favorite? October. The view from this spot in the fall is absolutely breathtaking.

Super views and one of many overlooks in the park!

Absolutely stunning views would recommend to anyone. Would plan to be there for around 3 hours. There is some spots for hiking and one of the falls tou hike down too. There is also 2 resturants and a gift shop

Highly recommend this overlook, especially at Fall time where colours are vibrant and air is crisp. Easily accessible from parking area.

This park is worth the drive from anywhere / a true New York gem.

What a magnificent overlook! It is just mesmerizing to look at and there's lots of hawks flying around. Plenty of area to park and well laid out.

Great views of a big bend in the Genesee River. Not much parking here, but most people don't stop here long. Admire the view and move on.
