This review is for Family Furniture in Perry, New York. This store consists of three levels and is well stocked with a wide variety of household furnishings. We started out looking for two Flexsteel recliners to furnish our new home. After testing multiple chairs for comfort and receiving information on warranties, we selected a Flexsteel for me and an Ashley for my wife. We are extremely happy with our purchases. Nichole was very patient and spent a lot of time helping us. When we concluded our business, we thanked her again and her response was simple yet often forgotten: “I try to treat people the way I want to be treated.”. I really wish more people would embrace this philosophy.

I can't rave enough about Perry Family Furniture! Their furniture is beautiful and excellent quality. We love the furniture we purchased and received a good deal during "No Tax Week." The staff was pleasant, incredibly helpful, and exceedingly patient (they exchanged a lampshade for me 3 times). They will be my first stop next time I need something.

What can I say about this place??? Well to start, the furniture is awesome!!! Very sturdy and very beautiful! I purchased a sectional sofa, dining room set with sideboard,king size bed with adjustable headrest by remote control. Everything is as good as the day we got it! My old black lab loves to get on the couch and scratch as if she's outside digging in the garden, of course she pulled a few threads up and now a small hole in the cushion is happening. I called them and asked if I could buy a replacement cushion cover for the sofa lounger and they said yes! The price was only $49.00!!! I've had all these pieces for a little over 7 years and I couldn't be happier with the way they held up. If you want beautiful furniture and a good price,this is one place to consider! Oh,the customer service is top notch, she literally put up with me for a couple of hours!

I've been a regular customer at Family Furniture for 20 years. Living room furniture, mattresses, lift chairs, bunk bed, dressers. My shopping experience has always felt good - plenty of space while I look around and help right there when I need it. Their prices are fair and service is always incredible.

In fact, Family Furniture is the definition of what you might think of as good, old-fashioned customer service. They've held furniture that I didn't have a place to put, for six months. Their delivery and set-up service is efficient, careful and respectful. Personal follow-up from their team and the owner is regular, including a check-in after a purchase to make sure we know they're there, for that next purchase or if we have any issues. One time a mattress was installed and either had a rip or got one one it was delivered. Noticed it several weeks after delivery and contacted the store. No questions asked and a replacement was delivered.

Another time I got specifications from my sister about an adjustable bed from a store across the state, that I'd prefer to purchase locally. They had a sales representative go to that store 4 hours away to fully understand its capabilities so that they could match it from their own product line, custom order it, then deliver it.
Their longevity provides confidence they will be there when you need them and they make the shopping experience smooth and friendly.

My son who has lived in the Perry New York area for the past six years has bought many pieces of furniture from family furniture. He has been happy and satisfied with his purchases. He more recently went to buy a mattress and decided after he bought it that he wanted to upgrade and save his money for that purpose. Tara The sales woman was professional, understanding and was all about customer satisfaction. Nicole the manager who we knew from previous experience with her was also very understanding and refunded my sons money with absolutely no hassle! Great customer service all around

I am new to the area, & believe in purchasing locally. I decided to try Family Furniture in Perry. I was so impressed with the Customer Service I received from Nicole, Tara, & Laree & quality of the furniture, I have placed another order. Highly recommend .

The product selection was amazing. We were expecting to have to order, but there were more than a dozen on the floor. Sam (the owner) and Julie walked my wife thru the selection process. Our new chair was delivered and set up in our home later the same day.

Great selection, friendly service, and quality furniture. We've had our living room set for many years, and they're still close to New even with a dog, a cat, and 5 children, and 9 grandchildren that visit often.
