My child came in 2wks ago for a potentially broken ankle. The doctor sent her for a same day x-ray. We went and did the X-ray. That doctor has been out of the office apparently 2wks now while my kid has been walking around on this ankle bc they did not give crutches, boot, nothing and still haven't read her results of the x-ray bc the doctor hasn't been in. So after the school called today requesting medical care bc of obvious swelling and unimaginable pain 2wks later, we are taking her for a new x-ray at the ER. Bc this doctor's office clearly doesn't care about the patients they care about money. So sad that a child has to suffer for 2wks bc a doctor can't be bothered to read an x-ray.
